Kreia is definitely on the top of the list. Although, I really like this guy:

I really like these two characters as well, but I doubt that many people recognize them:

This! She is one of the best, most nuanced characters ever created in the medium of video games. Is she a villain, a corruptor, or the ultimate mentor? ...
Were you asleep when the cutscenes showed she is working against you? But hey, maybe you care to explain in more detail why you think she is a nuanced character. I stopped playing the game when she gave a retarded ham-fisted moral lesson on Nar Shaddaa.
If you stopped playing the game then you would not realise that

she is manipulating you in order to mould you into a person of power capable of facing the true threat that is coming. She's not working against you any more than a gardener who prunes a tree in order to make it grow more fruit is working against the tree.

Why I am responding to someone who even admits they didn't finish the game I'm not sure. If that's the case, I'm sure I've seen more of the cut scenes than you have.

If the game doesn't catch my interest within a few hours why should I continue playing it?

In one cutscene she threatens a member of my crew, in another one she resurrects a wookie I just killed. I call that working against me.

And what happens on the rebuilt jedi enclave is just the most retarded bullshit. I've seen the cutscene it makes me want to roll my eyes and vomit on Obsidian.

Manipulation only works if the player actually has a choice that effects the outcome, but the council always tries to ban you and Kreia always kills the council and you always fight Kreia at the end. There has to be a difference if you believe the lies or not. But everything stays the same in this game with minor changes. Is there ANY moment in the game, where Kreia lies to you and that lie changes what you decide next; so if she stayed silent you would have done something different? If not, then no manipulation!

The story is pseudo philosophical bullshit. Anthropomorphic personification of might, hunger and betrayal? That belongs in Greek/Roman mythology etc. not in Star Wars. I consider it to be as stupid as the Midi-chlorians introduced in the new movies.

Kreia from Knights of the Old Republic 2.
Oh yes, she makes Palpatine look like a naive farmboy with the game she plays, and she's not even really "evil".
