No.
I'd prefer WoW over most FPSes.
And I don't even like WoW.

I don't think I could honestly count WoW. Maybe it's the half the population being mentally challenged beyond belief, or the fact that doing anything with people I tend to dread unless it's a full guild run. But then, again, that seems like a clan-play in any other game... so Warcraft with friends is great. The more inside jokes, the better. >.>

I've never had as much multiplayer fun as I did with the mighty Micro Machines 2 on the trusty megadrive, with the cart that had extra control slots for four players. God I miss those days .

Goldeneye was a pretty close second. Its massively dated by todays standards, but back in the day I used to love the multiplayer on that.

hmmm... Counterstrike 1.6, WC3 map DOTA.. TF2 was good... Diablo 2...

I havent played many modern games online because the oldies just keep coming back for more!

Unreal Tournament 3 is brilliant as a traditional multiplayer FPS. It's just mindless fragging for the sake of fragging.
X Men Legends 2 on the Xbox was great for it's multiplayer co-op, but it loses value after it's been completed once.

probably not the best. But a very enjoyable MP is Tenchu Z, nothing like going around with a group of mates on XBL hiding in shadows waiting to ambush someone.

That makes sense, I always had you pined down as a solitary player. More interested in the RTS genre and RPG's.

The customized search system of Gears was nice, and the speedy search method for TF2 is good too.

I tend to enjoy single player more than supermegafastgenericfpses, but I will play the occasional game of COD 4 or whatever, I do on the other hand, enjoy hyper cooperative FPSes, such as Left 4 Dead, where you teammates actually matter. I enjoy Coop games in generally especially RPGs...
