As much as I want to say Super Smash Bros, Mario 64, or Mystical Ninja,
Ocarina of Time would have to be the best one.

Bomberman 64 and Kirby: Crystal Shards, would pretty good too.
As were Banjo-Kazooie and Rayman 2.

Pokemon Snap
I'd say Mario 64. My favorite Mario game and probably the best one in existence.

Goldeneye. Any game where you can karate chop Pierce Brosnan in the groin has a special place in my heart.

The Zelda series is the obvious choice. Of course, there's also the first console FPS Goldeneye. Hell, through in the Bomberman series for good measure :D

Oh god, tough one...

Okay.
1. Paper Mario (my introduction to RPgs, never gets old)
2. Kirby Crystal Shards (cheerful yet dark, best kirby game ever)
3. Pokemon Snap (hours of endless photograph taking and competing with my sister to see who can get the best shot of Mew)

Either: Majora's Mask
OR
Perfect Dark.
whenever i tell people i liked majoras mask better than ocarina, they look at me like i just slaughter their family right in front of them. i didnt mind the time limit, it gave a sense of urgency and made you have to plan ahead. plus you just felt so much more attached to the npcs

Ah... The N64... I still miss ye...

My top 10 would be, in no particular order, Conker's Bad Fur Day, Banjo Kazooie, Super Mario 64, Zelda Ocarina & Majora's Mask, Perfect Dark, Mario Kart 64, Donkey Kong 64, GoldenEye and Turok 2.

Runner ups would be Rayman 2, Turok 1 & 3, Jet Force Gemini, Super Smash Bros., Diddy Kong Racing, Banjo-Tooie, Castlevania 64 (yes, I actually liked it), F-Zero X, Rogue Squadron, Resident Evil 2, Star Fox 64, Yoshi's Story and Paper Mario.

Super Mario 64, Banjo Tooie, Ocarina of Time, Majoras Mask, Jet Force Gemeni, Starfox 64, and Super Smash Bros. Those games were my childhood.

Here's an obscure one: Snowboard Kids 2. Yeah, the title makes it sound like a cheap game that Grandma's would see and think their Grandkids would like it, but it is actually a really fun Mario Kart clone.

It's either that or Mario Party 3. Or NFL Blitz.
