The flash game "ninja rinesout" is the best ninja game I've ever played. I think it is very diffucult to make ninja game for a console as there would be too much inaction. The only one I've played is Tenchu and I didn't really like it.

P.s. Ninja Gaiden doesn't have ninja's in it.
