2) Why people won't shut up about ponies.

I vote for this as well. It's what made me join the herd in the first place. A friend linked me to it and I obliged him by watching it to the end, at which point it drilled itself into my skull and has refused to leave since then.

It is THAT catchy for sure ^~^! I'm very sure it's one of the most favorite songs, next to other MLP songs. Giggle at the Ghostie is also one of my favorite, and "At The Gala". Come to think of it, all the songs are good in their own way for sure ^~^! Glad you like the winter wrap-up song too >~<!

Shows like Adventure Time usually get CANCELED quickly because kids don't like it. Unless all the collective IQ of American Children jumped a few points, in that case my job security may come into question.

Yeah, unfortunately most shows like AT are slightly above kids heads with the humor. But I think AT is that rare exception where kids can actually enjoy it regardless, because while it parodies the conventions of stereotypical adventure cartoons, it plays it straight enough to keep them interested as well. And it has that extra level for older viewers to pour through and enjoy, like the theory that the Land of Ooo is a post-apocalyptic version of Earth.

Either way, it'll have true cult status someday, I'm sure.
