Pokémon Crystal, or Pokémon Emerald.

It's Pokémon, so it has hours of gameplay, and those two are up there with the best ones.
Plus, they're one of the released-after-the-main-set-with-extra-content games.

Final Fantasy: Tactics A2. Campaign is 30+ hours long, solid for a DS title I think. I've put 100 hours in and I'm only 60% towards full completion. Heck, haven't even unlocked every character class.

Dissidia: Final Fantasy- never seems to get boring. The freedom of movement and strategy involved far and away surpasses that of any other fighting game I've played.
This may have something to do with the very well integrated RPG elements.
