Thats a good source of untapped Humor there my friend.Big Max said:There was a couple that met through Halo 2 and have now been married for a year or so, they have their own website called 'A match made in Halo [http://amatchmadeinhalo.com/about/]'. Witty, huh.
I wish I could something even half that great.Riobux said:I have to admit, that guy has balls of steel. I'll be surprised if anyone here could honestly say they could top that.
Watching all of that nearly brought a tear to my eye. That kind of patience, dedication, courage to do something as monumental as pop one of the most important questions of his life...Jannycats said:Hot damn, that dude had guts. It sure takes a lot to perform a routine like that in front of so many people and the one you're looking to marry. I would have probably passed out right in the middle of it.
Fuck the guy. It's like one of the commentators said, it's putting way too much pressure on the woman to say yes in the spur of the moment, without actually thinking it through.Rasputin1 said:Oh wow, I can't help but feel sorry for that guy. Also, I can't help but laugh. She actually ran away!direkiller said:Pandalisk said:anyone recall when that guy proposed during some Football game and she Rejected him?
other than this nothing else.
Huh, only a year and there getting married? Huh, well if he feels its the right time.
Pfft Farmville, i expect to a proposal through World at war if it has to be done through Facebook.FranzTyphid said:I heard about some guy who did it over "Farmville". Quite frankly i would have said no.
"You've received 40 Tanks 10 Attack Helicopters and a ring as a gift" from such and such.
He could do other things for fun... Anythings.Rasputin1 said:Where's the fun in that?Rakkana said:He could have just, you know. Asked.
Doesn't it show dedication though that someone is willing to risk humiliation infront of such a large crowd? While I do agree it's unfair to put someone under so much pressure, it takes balls to do something like that.Fragamoo said:Fuck the guy. Same with the Disney guy, after all that crap he did, I bet she couldn't help but say yes, regardless of what she might have been feeling.
Whatever happened to traditional romance? Making a giant public scene is idiotic in my eyes, marriage is something personal and the actual proposal should be something shared between the hopeful man and wife together, not with everyone else.
Is this fake?Rasputin1 said:
Seriously, this guy has balls. How much guts and effort would it take to pull this off?
As for discussion value, what other completly awesome things have you guys seen?
PS: I would've laughed so hard if she said no.
