For me,it would have to be my remmington electric razor, this is an absolute god send and money saver, going on two years and still works just fine. It only hurts if I let my hair grow long. But yeah, best thing ever in terms of no razor burn.

Other than that it's probably my PS3. Allowing me to play all the latest game titles while my PC dies a slow and painful death.
I bought myself a car for my birthday 3 years ago so I'll have to go with that. Still love it but it looks like I'm going to have to replace the tires earlier than planned and it ain't gonna be cheap.
When a friend of mine gifted me a copy of Team Fortress 2 through Steam, only game where it's in the 100 hour's played zone... Though when I was given it the very next week it went free to play for all. XD
my favorite presents are always weather based. chilly air, overcast, wind, rain. the best is snow though. not very common over here, but it's always a treat. i love it. fall and winter are the best times of the year for me.

Based on how happy I am with the purchase recently, I would have to say my Sonos sound system (2 play:5 and a sub), pretty much put my TV into storage because all I want to do is listen to music.

I would say my best gift was from my grandfather, his collar tabs from his SS galizien uniform, from great patriotic war. it is a small thing, but i liked it very much, it was all that he still had from his uniform.
Mine would have to be the last group of games I bought for myself, FTL, Guns of Icarus, Mark of the Ninja and Airmech (A technically F2P Game) are all really great and I've enjoyed all of them more than I probably would have any one Triple A game this season.
