I.... I don't even know how to react to that poster. Seriously, what the hell is that movie about?VanityGirl said:Big Stan, funniest movie I've seen recently.

Stan gets sent to prison because of fraud. He is afraid since he's so small and whimpy that he'll get raped while in prison. Fearing for his butt virtue, Stan seeks out the help of David Caradine (sp?), who teaches him how to fight and defend himself.TriggerUnhappy said:I.... I don't even know how to react to that poster. Yup, sounds like a typical Rob Schneider/ direct-to-DVD movie, explains why I never heard of it.VanityGirl said:Stan gets sent to prison because of fraud. Once in prison, the real fun begins as Stan begins to boss the other inmates around and learns of a corrupt prison scandal.

I was pleasantly surprised by how funny it actually was. I mean, David Caradine stabbed a scorpion with a fork and said "You have lost your RIGHT to eat scorpion". It's pretty classic.TriggerUnhappy said:Yup, sounds like a typical Rob Schneider/ direct-to-DVD movie, explains why I never heard of it.VanityGirl said:Stan gets sent to prison because of fraud. It's always neat when something you expect to be boring or mundane turns out to be funny isn't it? One of the best surprises. Regardless, I might end up checking it out, if I ever actually see it in stores or on tv.VanityGirl said:I was pleasantly surprised by how funny it actually was. I think I've heard of that game, is that the one where you have to save key individuals during important historical battles? Was thinking about trying the demo actually....BakaSmurf said:Darkest of Days for the PC, I don't give a crap what any of those moronic 'professional' reviewers say, once I started I couldn't stop, I finished the game in 8 hours, and I'm just starting up my second play-through, and in my eyes, any game that can hook me like that is fucking awesome.
Yes, Darkest of Days is indeed the game in which you travel through time to save certain people in an attempt to stop the Space/Time Continuum from going all catty-wumpus and killing existance.TriggerUnhappy said:I think I've heard of that game, is that the one where you have to save key individuals during important historical battles? Getting the demo is a good idea, it gives you a pretty good idea of the things you'll be able to do when playing the game (which includes bringing an assault rifle to a firing-line during the American Civil War >), just don't go in expecting the story of the year, as the game was made by an 8-man team with a limited budget. Apart from that the game is awesome.
