Curse of the Spawn, Spawn the Undead, '80s / early '90s Batman, X-Men and Spiderman. Lots of recent stuff I think is good but doubt is ever gonna be as memorable. Biggest standout would probably be Scott Snyder's Batman run which I think was phenomenal.

Asterix by Albert Uderzo & Rene Goscinny
Tintin by Herge (minus the early ones with the unfortunate rascism)
I must have read both of these HUNDREDS of times as a kid. Although yeah, as an Asian, all the Chinese and Japanese representations were... unfortunate.

OT: For superhero comics, I'd have to go with either Batman Hush or Under the Red Hood. Just my favorite versions and depictions of all of the Batfam.

For non-superhero comics, it would be Y: The Last Man. I read it younger than I probably should have, but it did expose a lot of things to the conservative-raised child me.

Neil Gaiman's Sandman, Alan Moore's Watchmen, and Jeph Loeb & Tim Sale's run on Batman's early years (The Long Halloween, Haunted Knight, Dark Victory, and Catwoman: When in Rome).
I have to second Loeb and Sale's work on Batman. I actually just read the Haunted Knight collection yesterday for the first time and it reminded me why I had enjoyed The Long Halloween and Dark Victory so much. Sale remains one of my favorite Batman artists.

Also I'll add Geoff John's run on Green Lantern. Those books made Hal Jordan one of my favorite characters. I'm calling it now though, Morrison's current GL book is going to be held up as another landmark run in the future.

Whatever, just wash your hands.
The main series I collect physical copies of is Girl Genius.

Even though its a webcomic so you can just read it online if you want.

I used to collect the MLP comics but its been awhile since I got them.
