I aways used to make up action scenes while day-dreaming, and most of them looked something like this scene, so I was blown away to see my imaginations come to life.

The slow motion scenes in 300 were really well done. A mixture of very slow and very quick animations.

The Matrix lobby scene. My all-time favorite movie.

Yup, this is easily the best slow motion scene ever produced in a movie. I can't think of anything which matches it.

Matrix, of course. Also, one of those martial arts movies that came out 2 years ago had good slow motion. The protecter? Or whatever it was.

I personally love the 2 Moments at start and at end of Saving Private Ryan where Captain Millar (Tom Hanks) is shellshocked and goes blank and stares etc, both at really key moments in the movie, really drives home the shock and awe (points for me for shoveling a Cod4 Reference in there!) of War etc.
