Best Small Touches in Video Games

Since these responses remind me of it, I really liked in Metro 2033 that you looted the items from a body by actually targeting the items in first person, rather then the standard system of just clicking some 'loot all' button. Actually having to physically search a body in-game for gear was a great touch.

The detail on the Spies Cigar in TF2, along with how his suit swings, very nice touch.
In Minecraft, the 3D snouts on pigs.
Rock of Ages Troll Face.
In Left 4 Dead games where each character grew on eachother, morning for their deaths and complimenting each other.
Brawlers where every baddie has a name, thats just amazing.

In wow if you stand where Arthas walks down the corridor in Lordaeron to kill his daddy you can see the rose petals on the floor and hear the now broken bell.

I also liked how in each Pokemon game they had the system that was out around the same time in your house.
