Best song from any video game?

Because I don't have one set favorite song from any video game I will put up the one that is playing right now on my favorite video game music playlist.

Eyes of Flame from Cave Story.

Well either that or
Solar Inferno from Megaman 10(which just came up while I was posting this.)

Not Alone from FF9. There is brilliant video game music and then there is music that just transcends the genre.

Damn you beat me to it. You're Not Alone! is definitely the best song from any Final Fantasy game.

I'll go ahead and include Condemnation Wings ~Cry Camellia~ from Blazblue: Continuum Shift. I honestly consider it to be Daisuke Ishiwatari's best song and Asami Imai's vocals just improve it in the best way possible.

Hah I love Diasuke, his music is just full of so much kick ass. I got the entire guilty gear and blazblue soundtracks and the lyrical versions of blablues music aint half bad. Condemnation Wings is great, although Nightmare Fiction and Susanooh are still my favorite BB songs, just so full of awesome.

You've got the right game, but the best is either Storm Eagle or Spark Mandrill!

I see your Storm Eagle and Armadillo version and raise you what I think is the most badass versions ever made.

Well these are songs not musical pieces so I'll stick with 'Still Alive' in Portal.

Though 'Blow me away' from Breaking Benjamin was actually more or less made to go with Halo 2 so I could sort of count that as well.... in a way.
