Oh man! That's a good question! Hum...
So, straight off the bat, I'd be inclined to pick a Pokemon theme, but there are so many good ones! It's hard to choose...
No wait! Aha!
Gold/Silver are especially memorable to me because it was the last time many of my childhood friends still played the games. Pretty soon after they stopped playing and moved to other things. I also thought at the time that this was gonna be the last Pokemon game, so this song kinda reflected how I was feeling at the time (sounds kinda silly when I'm typing it out).
Also:
Nothing that hasn't been said before. Windwaker has a kickin' soundtrack, but the first theme to get me super pumped was the 'Molgera Battle Theme'. I would run around longer than I needed to during the fight so I could keep listening. Chikka chikka!
And one more please, sir:
By far my favourite part of the game, 'Midna's Lament' created one of the best emotional responses I've had in a videogame. The sense of urgency and dread as you try to save Midna, travelling across Hyrule in the pouring rain, is one of the greatest Zelda moments ever. I only wish that the theme wouldn't get replaced with the battle theme every time you ran past an enemy. It really killed the atmosphere at points as enemy encounters were so frequent. Stops it from being absolutely perfect.
