My teddy bear ,that used to fit into tissue boxes that I used to turn into racing cars (I didn't really get many toys), It mysteriously vanished on my 1st day of school, I latter found out that my older sister threw him in the rubbish because she didn't like how much noise I made playing with him.
Like many others here, Lego. It fueled my imagination and pushed me and made me think. Hell, if had been smarter than I am, I feel I may have become an Engineer.
Same here. One person at my school got the deluxe version, because stores were almost completely sold out. I did manage to get Woody before the stores ran out the Christmas after Toy Story came out though. I had a lot of fun with K'Nex as a kid, not sure if my sets are still somewhere up in the attic or if they've been passed onto a charity shop. Lego was good too, but I had more fun with K'Nex.
I had a collection of little green army guys who stood on little green bases. And a whole shit load of little dinosaur figurines, they were my dinosaur army toys for creating scenes in my head. Almost a hundred of them each, so 200 in total, they were freaking awesome I took care of every once. Except one gunner who my sister stole and put in the oven for some sick experiment.
