The only toy I was given as a child was a block of wood. I named it Sherman. He was a kind soul.
I read Sheman, I was totally confused.

On a serious note: I will definitely encourage my kids to play with wooden blocks to have them develop a create mind and a healthy fantasy.

I had a Cobra Commander Action Man. He had a light up gun and a briefcase that I'll never forget. It had a spare shirt, a calculator and a notepad that had, engraved into it;

"Things to do.

Pay Rent.
Collect Laundry.
CONQUER THE WORLD."

I loved that toy.

Like everyone else, I say Lego.
I also enjoyed the model making kits but only for the glue.

Nerf Guns!!! Especially back in the 80's when the foam they used for the projectiles was actually kind of solid and hard and would kind of sting a little bit. And anything that had a lot of small swollowable part to them, preferably made out of metal.

Super Soakers! Specifically, the CPS-1000, which took 2 minutes of pumping, but it had enough force to knock down a fellow six year-old if they weren't paying attention.

That, and water balloons. The hand-grenade kind.

Duuuuude! What the fuck!
Indeed. I don't get why that's the first thought anyone would come up with. Unless it was based off of the title only.

Legos.

When bionicle came out I was old enough not to want them and complain how they dumbed down the true, pure legos. Anyway bionicle's not legos, legos are about tackling practical problems and expanding your 3D imagination. Bionicles are action figures with parts that come off.

I wanted to say this image is wrong but... can it be wrong if everyone saw it coming?

Dildos!

Arse-intruding ones. That is where the money is at. 'Cause who would want their banker knowing there fantasies?

Slightly obscure reference ahoy!
Obscure? That's Guy Richie's Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels. Oh, and it's " 'Cause who wants their bank manager to know they tickle arse when they're not paying in checks?"

I said slightly obscure because I didn't remember the exact wording.

I inherited alot of toys from my brothers like old lego, heman dolls, GI joe dolls (the tiny ones from the tv series) and ninja turtles. When I got older I had my own action man dolls and some lego. I remember when I niece came over she'd steal my action man dolls to have them marry her barbies.

My best toy has got to be my jurassic park T-rex. That thing looks very realistic and had built in sounds like roars and stomps. Boy, that thing ate alot of gi joes...

That just means I've watched the movie too much, but it's so good.

I liked my Turtles best, but I remember the GI Joes. Anyone remember the huge green battle tank thing with the big rockets that had little rockets attached to them?
