Aside from all the Hammer ones, which will always be my favourites, most of the latest ones were pretty poor. From Dusk Till Dawn was the only one that stood out really well for me.
First time I saw Dusk til Dawn, I had no idea it would be a vampire flick. Of course anyone who hasn't seen it but read it in this thread will know that it is, but for me, that twist halfway through the movie came out of nowhere. I love this movie for that.
'twas years since I saw Interview, but it was fairly awesome if I recall correctly. Recently, I saw the very first Dracula movie, with Bela Lugosi. It was pretty cool, but if that movie was released today it would be branded a B-movie instantly, and not just for the special effects. The acting, half of the scenes were close up of Dracula as he stared at some girls, and the lines were at times pretty lame. Still, a good watch, especially after seeing Ed Wood.

Not really a fan of vamp flicks to be honest, though 30 Days Of Night was pretty good. I'd probably have to say Nosferatu though, for the pure creepiness of the thing.

Nosferatu, Near Dark, Dracula (I like the '33 and Coppla's versions), Lost Boys (even if it is a little silly, Kiefer sutherland is just sooo coool...)
Suprised Shadow of The Vampire hasn't cropped up yet (woo more Cary Elwes- and Udo Kier, and John malkovich, Willem Defoe ((super creepy)- oh and Eddie Izzard is in it too.)
Razor Blade Smile, simply because its so very silly and has a pvc-clad Eileen Daly.
