Best video game Easter Eggs?

I nominate the Mario and Blooper easter eggs in Assassin's Creed 2. It's like when somebody realized Mario was Italian, they decided to stuff their game full of Mario related Easter Eggs.

My vote goes toward the Halo 3: ODST easter egg, at the end of the Legendary ending if you move the camera to the right when Sgt.Johnson is talking to the Engineer, you'll see Buck and the Monkey Man from Halo 3.
