The community made Easter Eggs in GTA:SA were pretty cool, like Bigfoot, the body bag vehicle near Area 51, ghost cars, Leatherface, haunted CJ house etc.

Oooh, I also loved the Fallout 3 reference to Dunwich Horror.
My favorites are the Heart of Liberty from GTA IV, the Monster from Saint's Row 2, and the fact that in Fallout 3 the gatling laser looks just like the BFG. It is fitting.

Pretty much anything in Duke Nukem 3D. There were some awesome eggs in that game. I'm partial to the Doomguy in the prison chapel.
