Best videogame intros

I just played Crysis 2 again i noticed just how well done the intro was. The music and the visuals were awesome. Also the opening to Singularity was preety cool too.

What`s the best video-game intros you`ve seen?

my all all time favorite is still the opening to the first Soul Reaver.

Other than that? I honestly can't think of anything else, at a push I guess Soul Blade, but only because they did such a good job with it at the time, same goes for FF8.

Bioshock had an amazing opening.

Perfectly paced and showing you all the right reveals at all the right times.... plus it had that epic opening speech.

inFamous 2's intro is pretty sweet.

Killzone 2 intro was awesome.

Thief - amazing intro cinematics and a great first level.
Half Life - revolutionary at the time, although now pretty common
Morrowind - leaving the boat for the first time and seeing Seyda Neen was awesome

I predict quite a few Call of Duty 4's.

I really enjoyed Final Fantasy 7's when I first saw it. The scene with Aerith, the train, and that music followed by jumping straight into battle. It was well done. They pulled you in first instead of loading you down with information. They gave you just enough to know what was going on.

That one game where the guy was smoking, going through files on his laptop, looking at some seeds, talking to a guy on the phone about the psychology/politics/whatever of Tom & Jerry, and driving ALL AT THE SAME TIME.
