Dr. Ivo Robotnik from either AoStH or Sonic SATAM. Cause Long John Bauldry and Jim Cummings provided the best voices for him ever (Though Bauldry's series was more of a silly show then a Serious show)

Plenty of choices, really. Keith David as pretty much anything (though Goliath from Gargoyles is a great pick), Mark Hamill as pretty much any villain (though the Joker is another good pick), Nolan North as the everyman heroes that aren't annoying (IE his Nathan Drakes versus his Desmond Miles), Steve Blum's badass voice (Grunt from Mass Effect 2, Oghren from Dragon Age, the list goes on) and really Johnny Young Bosch as pretty much any younger hero. Yeah, pretty much any voice actor doing their specialty is usually a delight, though out of all them Keith David gets my pick for top props, even if only just by a centimeter.
