Yes, but you did have to control water flow, which for me at least was ten times more mind bending. Probably the hardest Zelda dungeon I've ever done (puzzle wise) and I loved it for it.The Cheezy One said:

Manaans's Hrakert Station was pretty good. Although, to be fair, you didn't spend all that much time actually in the water.
Guys, guys. How are you forgetting the mermaid level in Kingdom Hearts?
Needless to say, I don't like any water levels. Bishock doesn't count because in neither of the games so far have you been able to do anything (aside from trot around) in the water.

I enjoyed the underwater levels in the Spyro the Dragon games back on the old PS1. Adding the ability to swim after the travesty of hitting any amount of water in the first game was one of the best things Insomniac did with that series, especially in the third game

Oh, and the Atlantica levels in Kingdom Hearts weren't too bad, though I could have done without KH2's crazy singfest...
