Enchanted Arms: It has some truly bad dioluge and voice actors but its so bad its laughable like the opening to Symphony of the Night
And yet I enjoyed this game much more than Final Fantasy 12

The first House of the Dead. My mates and I were hanging out in the arcade the other day and discovered that someone had left $5 worth of quarters in the House of the Dead game. So we played it. And it was awesome...in a laughable way.

Dynasty Warriors Gundam. Sure it maybe be repetitive as all hell, stupid that one mech can take down thousands of other mechs and not very challenging but it captures the feel of the TV shows so well and is great fun to play with friends laughing at how stupid the enemy is and competing for the most kills.

The original Alone in the Dark. I have never been so scared playing a game controlling a paper-doll versus polygonal beasts with epilepsy. I think the sound effects are what did it. I refused to play the game at night otherwise every time a block insect suffering from stroke would attack me from behind, I'd scream and refuse to play.

The effects were lame but I fondly remember it as the first horror game I played... and because it traumatised me so brilliantly as a child, it's the only horror game I've ever played. (If I can't handle polygons, how will I handle Pyramid head?!)

Battalion Wars & Battalion Wars 2, developed by Kuju for the Gamecube and Wii

Even though gameplay is a little complicated by trying to combine real-time tactics unit management and shooting, the levels are interesting from any perspective, the cartoony graphics work to it's favor, and the gross stereotypes are actually entertaining. Case in point, one of the enemy COs is a dimwitted musclehead with a thick German/Austrian accent with dreams of becoming "Governator"
