30$ for Shogun 2 or 24$ for Oblivion would be the best

The worst, 9.99 for Crackdown or 15 minutes of my time for Too Human.

Minecraft or Orange Box. Bought Minecraft in Alpha.

Worst for me is Roller Coaster Tycoon 1 or 2. Not because it isn't a great game, but it is one that I seem to buy over and over. I'll get a craving for it, buy it or download it, then play if for a bit before losing to the mists of time.

Best would be a bundle of Half-Life 2 and Morrowind for about 10 dollars. I love both of them, though I can never get far in Morrowind before the urge to reroll grabs me. I have no idea what the main story's about after having it for two years.

Best?

Armored core 2. Bought it on the 4.99 bin at the locale game store.

Worst?

Ghostbusters. Why I ever thought that would be a good game for 60 dollars i'll never know.

I got Oblivion for $3 on PC and Fallout 3 for $6 on PC. Spent way more on the console versions. Of course these games I are filled with content, so they're a value at most prices. Another is Pokemon, sure, I pay another $35 every couple of years, but 1000's of hours worth of time spent.

Worst value? Final Fantasy VII ($50 a couple of years ago), overrated. And Prince of Persia (2008) for $60, couldn't get into it, one of my first 360 games, just spent my time on Fallout 3 instead.

Best is anything in the Bethesda pack I got. For the price of New Vegas, I got NV, FO3, Morrowind, Oblivion, and some of their lesser known games (Dark Corners would be amazing if it weren't such a buggy port).

Worst? I usually put a lot of research into games, so I tend to get the best deal possible because I end up waiting long enough to snatch it up on Steam for nothing, but Defense Grid and Dungeons would be high on the list. I don't feel I got my money's worth, especially with Dungeons. I was expecting something more in line with Evil Genius and Dungeon Keeper...Did not get that.

Best value for me is Baldur's Gate 2. I bought it at full price on the first day of release because I was a HUGE fan of the original, and it blew its predecessor out of the water. The game has lasted me for more than a decade, and it's still going strong. I will never tire of this gem.

Worst value is probably Oblivion. Bought as a recent release and at full price, and I'll admit I've sunk quite a few hours into it, but only desperately trying to like it, not actually having fun. I've given up on the damn thing. If I pay full price for something, I'll give it more than a fair chance. But if it still doesn't work, it makes me all the more bitter.

Runner-up for worst would be Fallout 3. It was slightly better, but not much, and I should've seen that coming (also bought on day 1).

Best value is undoubtedly I MA3D A GAM3 WITH Z0MB1ES!!1! A little XBL game that costs 80 MS points in silly Microsoft monies, or 1 dollar in silly American monies. Basically, I spent less than a pound on one of the funniest, most fun games ever.

Worst? That's a hard one, I'll get back to you on that... SO MANY CHEAP GAMES

The Humble Bundles 1-3 could be the best value ever, depending on how cheap and uncharitable you are.

My best value has by far been Persona 3 FES for $15,I'd been hesitant to pick it up before but decided for that price what the hey and for the nearly 150 hours worth of content I would have gladly payed full price.

My worst value was probably Wild Arms 4 becasue even getting it free is a waste of money and doesn't pay for the water necessary to wash yourself clean.

Got Diablo 1 and 2 for 50p each. Played for ages. :D

Worst value? I'unno. I don't but games unless I'm sure I'll enjoy them. And even then, I probably don't have enough money.

Best: Final Fantasy X. It cost me $28AUD brand new and I spent around 320 hours (give or take a few) on that game.

Worst: Call of Duty: Black Ops, maybe? I traded in quite a lot of 360 games (maybe around 15) to get Black Ops on the PC and I've spent under 60 hours on the multiplayer and around 2-3 on the Campaign.

Honourable Mention: Saints Row 2. My best friend and I purchased two copies of it for under $20AUD, and we spent around 50+ hours just messing around on the co-op.

I got Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People at Best Buy for ONE SINGLE RED CENT!

I looked at my reciept in the car and later I talked to other people who had the same experiance at other Best Buys.

I was fully ready to pay the $19.99 on the box.
