Hey, its almost Halloween.

I gotta say I really love Zombieland. Even better than Shaun of the Dead. Also a big fan of the remake of Dawn of the Dead.

Zombieland and 28 Day's Later. Yes, I'm aware that they are not technically zombies given that they are not reanimated corpses but instead infected humans, but when hordes are crashing through the doors to feast on your flesh, such distinctions are the least of your problems.

Well the actings' zombified so I get where you're coming from.

My choices, well Shaun of the Dead is great and was the original Zom-Com and I think 28 Days Later and Dawn of the Dead remake are fantastic but can you beat the original Dawn it may seem dated but it's still the best.

Night of the living Dead. The actings sometimes under par, especially the female lead, but its still good. Other than that everyone else has said the other good zombie movies.

Go watch Fido for especially black humor.

And personally, I find "The Crazies" (the remake from earlier this year) to be an excellent companion to the "28" movies. The infected here don't do the traditional run-you-down-and-rip-your-throat-open bit, but they have damn good stage presence and create suspense just by knowing that they could be there but won't necessarily jump out at you.
