I meant the Shadow game, but I agree with your point. Shadow was definitely a kickass character in SA2, and even a little bit in Heroes, when he declared that he didn't care whether he was the real one or not. So, of course, they completly botch it up in his game.Tenmar said:Shadow having fans was because he did an outstanding performance in SA2 by sacrificing himself and dying but Sega forgot one thing, they brought him back to life. Sonic has too many problems being based in the "real" world and too many shallow crappy characters that should either play a one bit role and leave or not exist at all.Spektre41 said:He'll keep selling for the same reason anything sells, because it's popular.
And the series isn't that bad. The only one that seems universally loathed is 06. Yes, even Shadow has fans.
Fans of Shadow(i.e. that generation who first played SA2) want to stick with him because they saw Shadow as the mascot on the edge and represented cool, not Sonic. To them Sonic was square, straight man.
i still agree hes already dead, and hes not being brought back. We dont need him anyway - we need that space for new, original and good releases, But nintendo cant let go of sonic and mario. Mario still has a little juice left, but you can tell hes dying with mario tennis, mario baseball, mario olympics... /sigh.Charley said:He's dead, yes... but if you run a current through him, his legs spin. As long as he keeps paying me, I think he's alright.AtticusSP said:I mean really, Who actually liked Big the Cat?
Hmmmmmmmmmm... Maybe we could use his spinning legs as an alternate energy source?Charley said:He's dead, yes... but if you run a current through him, his legs spin.
