Don't worry. if something like Medievil can get rehashed then Jak & Daxter will almost definitely get rehashed at some point too.

I really should get around to playing Jak 3 one of these days. I bought it when the stores were clearing out PS2 stock along with Jak 2, but haven't been able to bring myself to playing it after finishing the second game.

To be fair I would definately play a Jak Trilogy remake like they did with Crash Bandicoot. (and if it includes Jak X Combat Racing aswell)

Kid friendly as Jak 1 may be the fact that the roll had an active hitbox on it in 1 but not in 2 or 3 is a clear sign Jak 1 is the superior game. it's also a really fucking comfy, pleasant romp through a game I can 100% in a day similar to PS1 Spyro for me. I will always miss that shit from Naughty Dog but "Muh movie-esque video games" seems to be their big roll and it pays back in ludicrous amounts so I'll get over it.
