Nerfed destruction, randomly blurring vision , an unbelievably steep learning curve for aircraft controls and disappointing startup kits (aircraft again)?

1. Don't know why destruction was toned down.

2. The 'blurring vision' is called Suppression. It happens when you're getting shot at.

3. I thought the aircraft controls were pretty intuitive...

4. How is it disappointing? The very first unlock, IR Flares, basically renders you immune to all missiles ever.

Blurred vision is suppresion, the learning curve with aircraft has always been there for some people, just the way it is, and the disapointing starting kits? Not a clue. Least you can still use the main cannon on a tank without having to run enough people over...

Startup kit. As in the default. Before the unlocks everybody and their crusty ass grandma shoots you down with heat seekers.

Now that's just silly.

Sounds like you're a total noob. Should be using rifles, least amount of recoil in game. Personally I like using mgs. Nothing beats mowing down a large group of people in a tight alleyway without dying.

Needs to be steeper in my opinion. Too many morons in the game already. MW3 release should help with that though.

The destruction is enhanced - you can now blow out inner walls and get kills raining rubble down from multi-story buildings.
Blurring vision occurs when a large calibre bullet passes by your head or if regular bullets hit cover next to you; it's called "being suppressed".
Aircraft controls are easy; it's all on the right stick except yawing, and the only disappointing start-up to a kit was the initial sniper and it doesn't take a few matches of CQ to get a few good things in each.

Your statement is not the case for the vast majority of players; you just find it hard and need more practice.

Yet 95% of the "Siene crossing" ma is absolutely indestructable. I understand they don't want a flat map but there are entire corner shops that can take a direct RPG strike with just a few broken windows.

I have been informed of this. It's still annoying though.

I don't recall ever saying anything about the controls. It's just the fact that everything is absolutely piled against the newcomer. That being the first time bf3 player or, in the worst case scenario, a first time flier. The jets are very high demand with little supply, there is usually at least one person waiting on the re-spawn screen for the thing to re-spawn to insta-board it, the fact that you start out with no flares means anyone who was lucky enough to get a few kills or disables on the thing can shoot you down with heat seekers essentially leaving you grounded the first dozen times.

Basically the problem is that it's so hard to get the upgrades for the planes to make them combat effective, because well, you aren't combat effective yet. (Shamelessly stolen from another thread). And if you can't tell this is my biggest gripe with the game.

EDIT: PS: There is nowhere to practice. The only chance you get to do this is during a live game.
