Another thing, I feel sorry for Selena Gomez right now(his alleged gf). Now don't get me wrong I hate Disney Channel stars as much as everyone else but she is getting hate messages on twitter just by kissing him and in fact a rabid fan slapped her, now just wrong.

If he can make money, why not let him? He even gave it to charity, which is often the aid of lower class or helpless individuals. Is this not an honorable thing, capitalising one's fame to help others? So yes, those "jobless" you pity may have benefited from Bieber's riches when they would not have had he not done so.

It is probably also one of those situations for many teenagers and young adults, maybe for the first time, when a boy younger than themselves is extremely successful, and forces them to reflect on that.

There's nothing exactly new in someone quite young gaining a lot of popularity and climbing on the top of pop culture. But in this day it's new to have a part of the jealous people to be so loud, thanks to the Internet.

While all this "hate" towards him is pathetic to say the least, the irony is priceless. Every time you mention Bieber, you'll make him more popular, get new people to know about him, listen to his music on YouTube and perhaps buy some. This kind of a high level publicity and getting people to yell out your name everywhere is something that many dream about. It doesn't matter if it's positive or negative. In fact this "hate" might be more enticing, than excessive "love", and nowadays kiddos want to be different anyways and not like the same things what the "masses" like.

In short: every time you mention Justin Bieber, you're making him profit.
