what is the biggest bug or lag you ever had. The one where you broke the keyboard, smashed your controller against the wall or just gave you a good lag.

Where MW2 on the PS3 decided that my character wanted to spin around mentally...

That match promptly ended.

In "lord of the rings: the third age" I managed to get a bug TWICE which made one of the people in a cutscene loop "stand fast, hold them here!" in a ridiculous voice, not annoying; but damn was it funny.

EDIT: sorry, forgot to mention that the game froze after both times, annoying but still a crack up.

Reminds me of the time I blew up a tank in that with a Thompson.

Lag makes everything odd.

Slightly more OT: The internet connection at my Mum's likes to kick everyone from our Xbox LIVE parties, not ideal during a game of L4D2.

Also, it likes signing me out of LIVE with no good reason, and refusing to reconnect to LIVE, even though the Router is connected to the internet...

I joined a game of TF2 with an American guy I know, It was really laggy but I thought I could play past it. I picked Engineer and headed out to build a sentry (I was on 2fort). I selected the sentry and decided to put it up at the stairs, nothing. I run back a bit trying to figure out what was wrong, was it the lag? NINE SECONDS LATER the sentry began to build. I checked my ping, 932. I asked where the server was, it was in California. I live in Dublin, that's over 8,000km away!

Probably several occurrences in Oblivion on the PC, when my mouse goes ape-shit and turns to the corners of the screen in the speed of annoyance caused by some in-dug gravel on the mouse-pad.

Inevitably, I left click and accidentally click outside of the game screen, bringing me out while Oblivion is trying to keep running, although I'm not in it.

When the computer tries get back to life, and I try get into Oblivion again, every thing's fucking frozen. Than I attempt CTRL+ALT+DEL, but there's only a 50% chance it'll work, or I'll have to reset the computer.

Worse, all the save will be automatically deleted, making all my efforts on leveling or getting by an annoying main quest a waste.

Needless to say, that always proves to be a pain for me.

In TF2 and COD 4 too I was sniping and had gotten a headshot the weird thing was his 'corpse' was still standing. I heard the kill sound and everything and he was still there so I kept on shooting him and about 10 seconds later the game super speeds up an I die somehow.

Glitched host migration in MW2. My crappy connection became host but nobody else could connect and were on the glowing black screen still. I ran around killing the idle players.

back in Vanilla WoW, when the new talents and all that came out, the lag IMPLODED. i was in a battleground, and i had a short spike. afterwards, my character was stuck in the attack pose running around Arathi Basin for 5 minutes. then suddenly i died and disconnected.

that week, i was closer to breaking my mouse and keyboard than ever.

Back when I was a fledgling WoW nerd, my internet went through a patch of crazy-ass lag. The minimum latency I had during that week or so was 7000. The most I saw was about 12000. 12 SECONDS.
