I don't think any game disappointed me this year.
That's the result of low expectations and cynicism where the games industry is concerned, so it's very hard for me to be disappointed, and I usually end up with my opinions validated or on the odd occasion pleasantly surprised.

Minecraft was a bit...uhm...Hurrah for fun!
OT: New Vegas was a tad disappointing. Even though I love Fallout 3. I just couldn't get into New Vegas. I just wait till there is some Warhammer Conversion mod or something ^^
And the Singleplayer of Black ops was a bit...MEH in my oppinion.

Fable 3. I missed the first two and took a gamble on #3. What I got was HILLARIOUSLY mediocre. All the big concepts that were being hyped were underwhelming at best. I'd consider it on the wrong side of average overall, just the game in general. I'd call it a poor game in general.

Halo Reach... Only game I was really wanting to play besides Black Ops, which I haven't got a chance to sit down and enjoy yet.
Reach just was a bit boring. Graphics haven't improved a bit since ODST, little wannabe epic parts seem to just be pointless, characters just aren't that good (but then again the Halo series hasn't really had any good characters except Johnson and Cortana in Halo 1).
The jump from the tower into the ship was just dumb... wasn't being blown up imminently, they weren't in any hurry. It's like noble 6 thought that it might be fun to risk falling to his death by making a jump that would destabilise the dropship (spartan armour wieghs a ton).
And the spartans had gay looking armour... why didn't they have mark 5 armour at the time? Small criticism but still, one of the things I liked most about the Cheif is his cool looking suit.
The only part that I felt the slightest bit emotionally immersed was the part when that shuttle full of civilians got shot down.
