Michael Atkinson is an Attorney General in South Australia. And he obviously tries to imitate Big Brother. And he's also a Nazi.

Cliffracers, on the other hand, are a type of flying enemies from TES3: Morrowind. In the game with mainly melee weapons they can get pretty bloody annoying.

Cliffracers? No clue...
Michael Atkinson, however, is hated nationally by every single Australian gamer, as he is the only politician who doesn't want to introduce an 18+ rating here in Australia. It's unlikely that there ever will be an 18+ rating in Australia while he is still around, so games that would usually get rated 18+ in any NORMAL country either get dumbed down/severely edited (Left 4 Dead 2) or simply banned from Australia, (Alien VS Predator, and probably God Of War 3.)
