From Psychonauts...that game could get pretty hilarious at times, but I think <url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RJcPc6OQ384>this took the cake for me.

From Assassin's Creed 2...I almost fell out of my chair at <url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RJcPc6OQ384>this, just because it was so completely unexpected.
Just so you know, both links are of Assassin's Creed 2.

OT: I can't pinpoint the exact moment, but I remember laughing a lot from Hyperdimension Neptunia. Then again that game is full of jokes and is not serious in any way.

The entire flipping ending of Beyond Atlantis. It's just one Crowning Moment Of Wat after another until you're wearing Angkor Wat on your head. Because it's the good and evil in balance fleeing our galaxy. Then its women in lotuses. And then it's cosmic pregnancy we're-totally-not-ripping-off-Stanley-Kubrick. And then it all turned out to be Adam and Eve. And Adam is Nepalese. Because SYYYYYMMMMMBOLISM.

For intentional laughs, the absolutely surreal moment when Laverne chastises the audience for making her microwave a hamster in Day of the Tentacle takes it (the hamster survives). She goes from cloud cuckoolander to terrifying "They're Coming For Your Children" doomsayer in less than a second... for about five seconds. Then she never mentions it again.

I remember there was a glitch I sometimes got in Dragon Age Origins that caused apprentices in the circle tower to stand in a bent over position with their head and part of their upper torso clipped through the wall. One of them, upon entering a conversation with me, proudly proclaimed "my master says I will be a great mage someday".

Another glitch, this time in Skyrim (go figure), caused a certain farmer in Whiterun to leap majestically from yards off screen into my field of view and announce that "The cold won't be good for my crops...never is."

...oops. Fixed, thanks. (-_-;)

OT: May as well share another.

Tehnically not the hardest I've laughed during Grisaia so far, but probably the least raunchy of those moments.

What did it for me was the scene where Raz actually befriends that great, hulking monster - and it requests that he address it by its proper name, given to it by its own people:

Linda.

Off the top of my head, confining this to actual LOL moments, it's a three-way tie:

GoldenEye, DK mode, slappers only. 'Nuff said.

Mass Effect 2: Haven't played, but through YouTube, the party banter as a whole, especially the reach/flexibility scene.

Diablo III: This is going to be a controversial addition, but I loved the humour in the game. By no means is D3 a humorous game - despite what some say, I still consider it atmospheric and dark. However, the humour, IMO, is well done, in that it's sprinkled throughout in small tidbits, often running through the stories of background NPCs, and standing in contrast to the horrific circumstances that plague the world, sometimes even taking said NPCs' lives.

Overall, GoldenEye probably gets the top spot, if only because it made my friend and I actually roll on the floor laughing, leaving our characters in place while we did so.

Was playing Halo ODST in coop with a friend. So, he's bunny hopping around the tank I'm driving. There's an elite shooting fuel rods at me so I aim for him and shoot, at the same time my friend hops in front of the tank's barrel... He flew off to the other side of the area. I just stopped the tank and started laughing my ass off.

OT: It's probably the dialogue from the Borderlands series for me as well, particularly when it comes to Claptrap and Steve's complex love-hate relationship:

Cryo Interactive in a nutshell.

Anyhow, Space Quest 6 probably takes the cake for me. Dat narrator and his sarcasms..

The second biggest laugh I've ever had from a game is when I was playing Animal Crossing: New Leaf. A villager of mine had invited me over to their house, 10:00 PM being our time of choice. I get there at 10:00 on the dot, and the villager arrived at 10:01. They proceeded to grovel at my feet and apologize profusely, promising to make it up to me. I probably sounded like I was having a stroke, I nearly fell out of my chair trying to contain my laughter!

The best laugh I've ever had came from Watch_Dogs, though. I had just gotten it on a price-gouge sale for my PS4, and I decided to try out the online component after the tutorial. Easy enough when I was invading, but I decided to wait for someone to go after me instead. I kept pausing to check whether or not the game would stop, and finally I knew I was being followed when Aiden kept walking after I paused. I decide to keep my phone out for a bit, scan the crowd...and accidentally pinged right onto the other player, who was driving right next to me very slowly, almost close enough to ding me. I don't know why, but just the thought of Aiden carefully profiling everyone around him only to miss a big muscle car slowly following his steps really got me good. I decided to let them go since they clearly had won out. They then crashed into a building, got out of their car, and jumped off a bridge. And died.

I was thoroughly impressed, to say the least!

Captcha: No Dice. Ain't that the truth.

There was something in Borderlands TPS that made me laugh - but I can't remember what it was. Not that it wasn't entertaining overall, there was a specific moment that made me laugh out loud. Oh well. :)

The Futurama game for the PS2 was funny, too. (Though I am an unashamed fan of the TV series.)

Translation of Tales of Phantasia on the SNES at the sleeptalking scene on the boat, that came from nowhere.

Various D&D 3.5 games, too many to mention, dwarf (and later gnome) punting became a staple in some of the scenario puzzles. Also extreme luck bring about absurd stuff, a series of natural 20s and 1s that ended up with one of our gnome being squashed into a meatpaste from a rhino that got sent airborne, I think we were laughing throughout the entirety of that session.

Various MMOs, but that generally has to do with players interaction (and occasionally bugs). Oh how I miss FFXI's silliness. WoW also had a lot of laugh, bearbombs, pet control (pre-nerf and standardization) and dickery (going invisible with a rare pet and jumping the opposite faction).

Juvenile stuff like accidental nutshots completing a goal (forgot which NHL game it was, slapshot into crutch and bounced into the goal, floored us for a good while). TKO against a Hode in RO.

When I was a kid, my brother and I played "Big Red Racing" split-screen. The game had different ridiculous commentators for each course. One time, he and I were racing on the Russia course. At one point, we were throwing taunts at each other. He was doing a particularly long one when the female Russian commentator suddenly and purely by coincidence said, "Shut up and steer, you silly goose!"

We just about lost it.

Me and my brother were playing Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. It was the last mission, and we were taking turns sucking at it. So it was my turn, and I decided that I was going to go as solo a run as possible-just Ike (the main character) and Nasir (an actual literal dragon)-because we had decided we wanted everyone to live, and everyone on our team was catastrophically under-leveled. Anyway, so I FINALLY get to three turns in with Nasir hanging back, and Ike obliterating everything and everyone in kicking distance, when a text box shows up. "Ike! I don't like these odds!"

Me and Zeb laughed and laughed for something like half an hour at that. Just...just the audacity of him to say something like that...when he wasn't doing ANYTHING. It was ridiculous.

The MMORPGFPS quest in the Tiny Tina DLC for Borderlands 2 had me laughing at one point so hard I had to pause the game. It was the funniest thing I've seen in a Borderlands game so far.
Speaking of Borderlands (I remember now that part give me a good laugh).

Sure some people took offence to that clip but I still find it funny as hell (Torgue reaction).

Right now what's fresh in my mind is that goat scene from Dragon Age: Inquisition. Actually, that game had lots of funny moments now that I think about it... Maybe too much even...
Aside from that... Mass Effect 3: Citadel had me bursting from time to time, Reveangence's doomp scene, Witcher 2's lesbomancy bit, Saints Row IV's enter the dominatrix DLC was just insane... That's all I can think of right now.

There was a scene in Saints Row: The Third where your character is riding with Pierce to go somewhere... I really don't remember what it was. >.>

Anyways, my character and Pierce are singing "What I Got" by Sublime and since I gave my female character a Russian accent it was the funniest thing ever. Turns out, it's really hard to drive when you're laughing pretty hard.

I can't remember my biggest laugh, but why wife loved GLaDOS's crack about "trimming the fat" in Portal 2.

Also any time I smash into a wall in GTAV and the character just curses.
I always got a kick out of Niko's scream when falling from a huge height in GTAIV.

Saints Row 2 was a comedy masterpiece in my opinion.

I also remember Lei Fang's ending in DOA4 had me literally ROFL, but I was 15 back then.
