Biggest Open World Map?

So, in my room currently I have a map of Skyrim on my wall as well as a map of San Andreas (GTA V) which spurred on a discussion about which map was bigger (We were undecided). This got me thinking about what the biggest open world map that exists in gaming would be.

So escapist, what do you think Is the biggest open world map in gaming? Also I'm not including infinite worlds and randomly generated ones, EG. no minecraft.

There's Fuel, which I think actually won a Guinness world record for having the biggest game environment ever. Game was as dull as toast though.

Just Cause 2 also gets my vote, especially in terms of world variety (speaking in a realistic sense of course, games like Morrowind would far beat it in terms of fantasy environment variety), you had the desert area to do crazy stunts with a dune buggy in, you had the snowy mountains to do crazy stunts with a dune buggy in and you of course had stretches of forest area to do crazy stunts with a dune buggy in.

Man I love dune buggies.

Won it for the biggest on console, I believe. The biggest ever is Daggerfall, which is about the size of the UK.
