Despite the forshadowing, the twist in Portal was still good. Some fun testing and whacky computers, then suddenly you're being told exactly what temperatures that gun can survive. Pretty fantastic moment.

I was playing as a girl on my first playthrough, and I assumed that Revan was a man. They NEVER use a pronoun for Darth Revan until AFTER the identity is revealed. I paid attention to every bloody line of dialog my second playthrough, I swore to god they had referred to her as a dude.

KOTOR was pretty brilliant, yes, but i'm going with Jade Empire. that whole game was a lineup of masterfully thought up, redicolously well laid out gambits. if you played it, you know exactly what i'm refering to. if not, then go and do it! now! i'm friggin serious!

I kinda saw Jade Empire's twist coming but KOTOR's I had no idea.

Bioshock was good too had to replay the game and really listen to the dialog

It is possible to predict what the plot twist is by defining the title, Second Sight has the best executed plot twist of all time. KOTOR had a great one but it wasn't pulled off very well and Bioshock, while having my favorite plot twist, it wasn't executed well. If you want a good storyline, one of the best, play Second Sight.

Also, the plot twist in Manhunt 2, while predictable, was very impressive. And any of the many Max Payne plot twists are pretty good.

Witcher 1 has a pretty awesome one, made more so by the fact that it is implied rather than explicitly stated. Suffice to say that it includes one of the more interesting choice mechanics I have seen in any game, ever.
