Getting rid of my Saturn, Megadrive and N64 with upwards of 100 games between them for about £150. It took me years to refind those consoles and rebuild those collections. I want my sexy Megadrive 2 back, but I can make do with the Megadrive 1 that I bought.

SKIPPING THE LAST CUTSCENE ON BORDERLANDS
Didn't miss much.
You might even consider yourself lucky, now you can imagine all the awsomeness in your mind, which sadly never happened in the real cutscene :p
If you really want to know you can just go on youtube or let me tell you. Go with youtube cause it is getting annoying to type so much with just one hand.

My biggest regret is this being my major hobby, so most of my friends are blokes, who automatically think just because I am a girl and they are (mostly greasy/geeky) 7+ years older guys that we would totally hit it off romantically. I wish they would leave me alone...

Other than that no regrets :D

Not being born during the golden age of video games. NES, SNES, Dreamcast, Sega Saturn... All would be foreign to me if it wasn't for my older brother. I still wish I could have been there during the arcade phase of gaming though...

Selling my super nintendo for a PS1 took me years to get those games back.

Selling original, boxed copies of my favourite games, including Zelda: Oot and Goldeneye.
Sniff.

Getting married and having kids, now I don't have 15 minutes without interruption to spend gaming (or do anything else) :(

Not listening to mom when she would tell me "You'll ruin your eyes if you play games in the dark" or "You'll mess up your eyes if you sit that close to the tv"
I'm going to get goddamn contacts I can't stand wearing glasses I've never gotten use to it.
Edit: Also giving my little brother my Psychonauts game, it had the booklet it looked new and now I regret ever giving it to him.

Being too young to revel in the lovely sprees of PC RPGs such as Baldur's Gate, Fallout, Deus Ex or Planescape: Torment in the late 90's. Not that I never played them, but it's only recently that I did so.

No idea what happened to my Dreamcast, but that it does not have its proper place of honour by my TV has to be my biggest regret.
