yes, it really is a shame there just arent any good movies coming out these days.

My thoughts exactly. There are plenty of good movies coming out nowadays. Inception, Avatar, District 9 and Star Trek being amalgamated at the top of the list for me.

Only about 3 of the movies on that list I feel are kinda/sorta/good. I can understand where he's coming from as the movies, in general, are changing and I don't like it either.

The only thing you can do is try to raise the bar or make the stuff you want to make. There are so many different ways to look at who to blame it's really rather pointless. Everyone is complacent in what passes for entertainment these days.
