binkw32.dll error for Oblivion

I've been searching a lot of sites for an answer to this, but no one has actually fixed my problem.
So, I just got Oblivion. When I try to play it, it says "The BinkW32.DLL file is not found." I then find out I have to get the bink file from the install folder and transfer it to C:\WINDOWS\system32. I try to start it up again. Another error message pops up. "The BinkW32.DLL file is installed in the Windows or Windows System Directory- it must be installed in the application directory." So I start moving it all over the Oblivion directory, putting it in Data, or Bethesda Softworks, or its original spot, but it just brings up the old "The BinkW32.DLL file is not found." I then placed it next to the crack folder, and it then starts up- and immediately goes back down before 2 seconds of a black screen, with a "would you like to send an error report?" message.

Any help? Please?

Did you install it from the actual DVD or are you using an ISO?

ISO. I mounted it using Daemon Tools Lite.
