Of course it is a joke. Look at that box art it doesn't completely suck like the art of ME1 and ME2.

There's no way that's the box art for ME3 it simply isn't bad enough.

If it's on the box- then it's in the game.

Jokes can be elaborate, they quite often are, Bioware are smart people they know not to do this. They're just having a benign little troll. You can tell from the way the twitter posts are written.

It's certainly not as bad as the Me2 one, but I still think it's kinda lame. It makes it look like just another space marine shooter, doesn't play up to the game's strengths.

Then again, I guess showing Shepard standing there, arms folded, having a nice conversation with Liara is hardly going to be a great cover either.

If the Kinect functionality rumour is false then it's not a joke, it's a snide marketing ploy. Not only are they getting old but more importantly - they're insulting. I don't like companies I've been loyal to trying to manipulate me.

That said - I'll be thanking the heavens if I can get through ME3 without a single waggle or gesture (except maybe the odd middle finger on insanity).
