Honestly I hope they combind the fighting on the 2nd and the story of the first, but the same type of reactions in the second. the whole you have an idea how your character is going to say something. I hated saying something and then having no idea how someone would react. And I liked hawke being a jackass without me telling him to be.

2013 at the earliest, please and thanks. I'd actually kind of prefer 2014. 2011 just saw DA2. Literally. It's been two months. While I wouldn't mind some DA2 DLC within a few months, I have no pressing desire to have the next game farted out sooner than that. While most of DA2 was not as self-containedly epic as DA:O was, the ending was mindblowing and amazing as a setup for something else altogether. That something else altogether has every right to be freaking astounding, by most accords. Yes, it shouldn't be for everyone, but it should be for those that have loved DA so far.

Good way to start, guys? Elves, Dwarves, Humans, Qunari/Tal-Valshoth are all playable, and customizable, of course. We've already established that the first three are capable of just about anything, and that there are members of the Qunari who reject the Qun--which would be the perfect backstory-starter for a character.

I just hope the DLC finishes up Hawke's tale of how the Champion of Kirkwall spend the final 3 years and become a proud companion of the Warden in their 3rd installation

Anyone who says they prefer DA2 over DAO doesn't know what a good game is. You might not like DAO, which is fine, but DA2 wasn't even a good action RPG. I mean, just look at The Witcher (first or second).

Wow, way to insult people's intelligence. It's fine that you have some legit gripes against the game and thus don't like it, but did you have to go that far?

Uh, I know several countries where that could be an insult. First off, there's the implication that you seem to know how my mind works.

Define "defend it unreasonably". And a 4.2 user rating doesn't tell me anything. I'll take the review itself over the oft-unsubstantiated number that precedes it any day.

Also, I could easily say, "those who think DA2 is a bad game have never played a truly bad game" and not be wrong. However, that doesn't make me right or the phrase any less insulting either. DA2 certainly is not as good as Origins for several reason; I'm not arguing that. But I could argue with you all day how the game isn't as bad as you, or most other detractors seem to think it is. But I'm not going to because I'm sure you could care less about what I think, not to mention I don't feel like justifying my reasoning anyway.

But hey, I don't like Extra Credits, I play fighting and "twitchy" action games, and I happily enjoy rap music, so what the fuck do I know?
