Howdy, folks.

Today, the 17th of July, is my Birthday, something that happens every single year without fail. Billions of people have Birthdays, and odds are that you know someone who has one. You likely yourself have one!

In regards to this day, I decided that I shall make a thread, and then go do awesome things.

So, what was the best Birthday you can remember? What happened that day?
How about the worst Birthday you've had? Did you cry?
Go into details for both.


I'd say that my 18th Birthday was probably my worst, as I had to work, and I was dead tired when my brother dragged me out to a bar. I was immensely uncomfortable, and gagging on cigarette smoke the entire time.

I'm hoping today will be good enough to balance out last year's mess. Wish me luck, friends!

My 9th was probably my best. I got my rabbit that day. ^_^

How about the worst Birthday you've had? Did you cry?
Probably my last one, my 16th. Ended up just sitting in my room all day. The summer had managed to depress me to the point that my birthday was not a fun day, nor did it cheer me up. None of my friends even said happy birthday.

Today is my birthday too!

So far it's looking pretty good and gearing up to be my best. In about 2 is my party which is all my best friends and I swimming, playing guitar hero, and watching movies. I also get a kiss as one of my presents. Then monday I have a hot date. Life's looking pretty good for me.

I once got pink eye on my birthday, that sucked. Had to cancel.

worst birthdays would be years 1-4 i threw up alot as a little kids even on the cake once. ew

My friend's birthday is also today. Haven't gotten him anything yet, so I need to shop real quick, lol. He'll be 29 today, but I assume he is 30 and make fun of him.

My best birthday... probably 16th.
Just a couple of really good friends and a lot of people who barely knew me remembered and got an entire dressing room full of strangers to sing me happy birthday. Twas nice.

Worst birthday was DEFINITELY 13th. Week before my brother died. Wasn't fun at all.

I hope you have a good night tonight, I'm sure you will. Funnily enough, my 18th was shit too. Well it was great, up until the point where I threw up in a club, left said club, went to another, threw up in that one too and then lost my friends for most of the night. That was bad.

This birthday has been ace so far though. I went out last night, got pleasantly drunk and generally had a good time hanging out with the people I love, then I spent today with my family, and I'm going to the cinema and for a meal with friends later this evening, so it could shape up to be the best one yet!

Happy Birthday!

I am not sure what my best birthday was, they have all been good except one. I think it was my 16th or 17th birthday and my mom scheduled a dentist appointment for me on my birthday...

I was very annoyed and I am still mad because no one else in my family has had the pleasure of going to the dentist on their birthday.

Happy Birthday.

My birthday is on the 5th of January every year. Its pretty close to Christmas so I tend not to get much mone spent on me, be it gifts or a day out its usually pretty cheap. So, my birthdays are usually pretty bland.

Well, if it isn't when you get home, I'll make it happy for you ;3

My memory is as awful as a dusty NES cartridge, but I think my best birthday was my........... what was it........ my 15th birthday, I think. I invited all four of my friends over, and we had the most awesome of awesomesauce LAN Halo parties.
I also got $300 or so. Very awesome.

My worst was either my 16th or 17th. Both of them, I did nothing for.
But then again, it's not like I was missing much...

I say my worst birthday was when my friend managed to get glass shards in his buttocks (long story), and we had to remove them on the spot becuase he was too embarrassed to go to a hospital.

And happy birthday to the OP. Mine's 1st of November, but I never made too huge a thing of it. I had some parties when I was a kid, but the more I grew older, the more I found it a lot more fun to just go out with a friend or two and use it as a nice excuse of a day to chill out a bit ^^

As such though, I don't have many bests/worsts. Heh tho I do remember as a kid it got me a dance with a girl I fancied at the time, I guess it felt the top of the world back then (was like elementary school), but it's just lame kids stuff now I'm all old, cynical and super cereal :p

I can't honestly remember many of my birthdays, even if I do none seem to be spent with friends as it's always during the summer holidays.
It's gotten to a point that my birthday is nothing special to me, just another day. At least this year I can drink the day away.
