So I was playing on Arkham City the other day and I was using the Cryptographic Sequencer to decode radio signals and I came across something weird; someone just reciting random numbers. Anyone think that this might be a reference to Black Ops? If it is that's pretty cool on Rocksteady's part.

BTW if you want to find the frequency yourself I found it at around 6-5-0, 5-0-0

Assign the numbers to letters of the alphabet. 1 = A, 2 = B, etc.

Hope that helps! :D

This number transmission has been mentioned many times before.
I think it's a very weird jump to assume that someone saying numbers is referencing Black Ops.

I don't think it's that a big of a stretch to think that maybe someone saying random numbers over a radio might be a reference to Black Ops. I mean I'm not saying it is just that it'd be pretty neat if it was.

The Lost references amused me more.

"So, did they ever actually tell us what the island was?"

I didn't even watch Lost and I knew what they were talking about.

The numbers probably aren't random. If you translate them into letters they probably say something.

If you assign the numbers to letters of the alphabet, the sequence spells 'I WILL RETURN BATMAN'.

Creepy? Yes. Black Ops reference? 'Fraid not.
