I liked how it was hinted at throughout the game that Mason was imagining Reznov - like in the tunnels:

"Keep that light steady, Mason."
*Reznov appears*
"REZNOV!! You nearly took a bullet..."
"No one fights alone, Mason."
"What the hell is wrong with you? You need to get your shit together Mason, or -" *stab*

I figured it out before the mission you go in to kill Steiner.

The real twist that caught me off guard was finding out Mason killed Kennedy. That was catchy.

Wait WHAT!?!?!?!?!

o_o I did not catch that.

"YOU TRIED TO MAKE ME KILL MY PRESIDENT, YOU BASTARD!!"

"Tried...?" *dies*

Ending cutscene showed historical footage of Kennedy - with Mason in the crowd. Kind of meh. Kennedy assasination conspiracies are old hat.

I figured out Reznov wasn't actually with me in Vietnam when Hudson broadcasted it by constantly asking about him, and the creepy 'they all must die' echoey speech they kept doing.

Didn't Kennedy get assasinated in his car, by a sniper rifle? not by someone in the crowd?

I had my suspicions that he wasn't real, but I only figured it out after he showed up at the POW camp.

In the tunnels I thought the guy in front of me was just being a dick XD

Right at the end before Mason kills the main bad guy, he sys

Mason: "You tried to make me kill my President, you failed!"
Russian Guy: "Did I?"

Then just before the credits you see a film clip of Kennedy's assassination. After the actual shooting it rewinds to when Kennedy just got off the plane and you see Mason in the crowd with ominous music playing, 'subtly' suggesting Mason was the real assassin.

I found that to be pretty well done personally, like how you can draw your own conclusions as to how this and Reznovs real fate played out
(you never actually see what happens to him do you? : D)

I didnt see the whole Reznov not being there thing coming at all, I thought the twist was pretty awesome yet a little pointless.
I really liked the *EPIC SPOILER* Post-WWII level...
"Sir, they are trying to surrender!" "They have tried before, do not let them."
And how the British SAS are the bad guys along with most of the Reds.
"This is not our war!" "Then who do we fight!?" "EVERYONE!!!!"

That is just epic.
Is it just me or is Reznov the only good character in an FPS in like...4 years?

Fun little fact, you can pump Reznov full of however much ammo you want and he wont even flinch, it just goes right through him =) Thats a big give away if you're just dicking around the first time you play through lol
Well except for the prison mission... hes real in that one lol

I can say honest to God that I did not notice until the end, and even then I was slightly confused as I suddenly found out that Mason was on the floor not the Russian..

I did wonder where he went in certain missions though.. as in he disappeared a lot of the time and left me to fight them alone..

The funny thing is, when the US soldier in the rat tunnels says "what the hell is wrong with you" I immediately thought it was because I had just walked into him.. I'm so silly..

Congrates to Treyarch for doing this.. first time it's happened, apart from the nuke in COD4 but that was infinity ward's doing..

The supporting cast in Bioshock is very memorable especially the Big Daddies and Andrew Ryan.

Yep, knew he wasn't real by some random point in the jungle where he didn't shoot anyone, at all. Already had a feeling about it before tha'.

I wasn't really suspicious until the Rebirth Island level. Honestly, the only time I noticed anyone acting odd around me was in the tunnel when the guy asked me what was wrong with me. Then I got distracted by the shooty-stabby suspense of that tunnel, and forgot about it.

I meant moreso games that are solely shooters, but yes Ryan is awesome, but can you really call the Big Daddies actual characters?
