Gang warfare has evolved in 2200. Advancements in technology and law enforcement means only the most sophisticated gangs can survive in the modern age. Hacking police records keeps crooks one step ahead of the cops, and gangs manufacturing their own advanced weapons puts them leagues ahead in a firefight. Extortion of corporations take in millions of dollars. Gunmen fight for control of not just neighborhoods, but entire cities and states. The crime and corruption has gotten so wide spread, the people rejoiced when their savior came; A politician in named Sebastian Black.

Sebastian became the elected Prime Minister of France in 2203 on the promise of eradicating the gang problem. What the citizens didn't know, was that he merely brought every major gang in several nations under his control, with the promise of being able cover up any and all criminal activity. The few smaller gangs that opposed this one faction rule were the ones Sebastian had arrested and made an example of. Any police officers that questioned these orders were "reassigned" in kind. Other European nations were soon following his example, and enlisted Sebastian's militia to deal with the gangs in their own countries.

You are one of the few that were left out of Sebastian's deal. On your way to your new home in a prison cell, you get your one chance to escape. But what will you do with this freedom? Will you create chaos by breaking the gangs into factions again? Or try to take control over Sebastian's new empire? The choice is up to you and The Discord Syndicate.

This is the first time I've thought about entering a forum RPG, but this one seems interesting.
Here's a provisional character sheet. Again, I'm not really sure what I'm doing, so tell me if you think it needs changing.

Name: Calvin Greene

Code name: Ringbearer. A nickname he received in his gang, owing to the fact that he wears the ring of the first man he killed on a chain around his neck.

Age: 23

Gender: Male

Appearance: Average height, about 5'11". Caucasian, fair hair, pale, slightly pasty skin, one green eye and one blue. Stocky build. Usually wears denim and t-shirts, rarely anything more formal. Always wears a gold ring on a silver chain around his neck.
Combat gear consists of a black kevlar vest, guards for the knees and elbows, all worn under civilian clothes and a pair of light boots. Weapons are carried in pieces in a bag in the case of larger weapons or holstered around his body.

Occupation: Hitman

Arrest Charges: Murder, breaking and entering, forgery, identity theft

Modification: Enhanced vision through bionic eyes

Weapons: Custom made .308 sniper rifle with a 10 round clip and armour-piercing rounds in addition to regular ones, revolver with incendiary ammo, throwing knives

Equipment: Set of lockpicks

Bio: Born in Dublin, Ireland. Parents moved to France after 2 years. Progressed normally through school and displayed reasonable academic prowess. Was severely bullied in High School, and several incidences of revenge on Calvin's part are on the record as "extremely sadistic" and the violence in the acts showed signs of being premeditated. These acts led to expulsion from school at age 17.
Calvin then ran away from home and lived destitute for 2 years. He began doing work carrying drugs to buyers for the Double Zero's gang, though he was not regarded as a member in full by the gang's higher echelons. When he asked to be let into the gang properly, he was told to kill the leader of a rival, smaller gang as his initiation. He returned with the leader's ring as proof 8 hours later.
As an initiate, he was tasked with killing members of other gangs and it emerged that his preferred method was to snipe them in a public area, as he claimed the ensuing chaos aided his escape.
He soon rose to be one of the gang's top hitmen and began to take on higher level jobs. When Sebastian Black came into power, the Double Zero's resisted the change to the one faction system. When Black's militia began making life hard for them, Calvin began receiving orders to take out members of the militia and Black's political party.
When told to kill Black's party secretary, he was apprehended on his way out of the building he had taken the shot from. He shot 3 police officers as he attempted to escape, but he failed to kill any of them and he was caught soon thereafter, suffering a mild concussion as the result of being hit with a baton during his arrest. He was sentenced to 60 years imprisonment.

Appearance: He his 1.90 metres tall, of medium build 90 kg. He has brown spiky hair as well as brown eyes. Byron wears a black suit with a white shirt, black silk tie and black loafers. He also has a good pair of black shades which are enhanced to make targeting easier. Underneath his shirt he wears a Kevlar Bulletproof Vest as well as holsters where he stashes his weapons and knifes. Finally he has a foot holster where he stashes one knife. He carries his sniper rifle in a small briefcase ready for assembly at any time.


Occupation: Assassin/ Gun for hire.


Arrest Charges: Murder, Arson, Attempted Murder, Robbery, Identity Fraud, Vandalism, Kidnapping and Piracy.


Tech/gene modification: Enhanced Shades which aid targeting as well as several modifications to his sniper rifle.


Weapons: Cheytac XRS.408 cal Sniper Rifle with modified magazines which hold 60 bullets so reloading is never a problem. All of the bullets are modded so they explode once inside the target. This rifle also comes with a bipod and silencer for maximum effectiveness. He also has 2 Glock G72 Semi-Automatic Laser Pistols with Silencers and a jokoto katana from 959 AD. This was his most prized weapon and possession
Equipment: A set of flash bangs as well as a pair of night vision goggles.


Bio: Born in Paris, France. He was one of the two children in the Black family along with his brother Sebastian. Did excellent in school and went to England to attend Oxford University. He was bullied and picked on at Oxford by the rich people, who did not like a ?commoner? amongst them. He soon left the University but not before burning down the whole of the Boys Dormitories.

It was here that he was accused of murder and arson but he did not care. A gang, Hell?s Spiders heard of his cold blooded nature and decided to enlist him. So at the age of 20 Byron was invited to prove his worth to the gang by assassinating a random person. Byron proved his worth. He did more than that. He shot the gang leader in the head.

?There you go? Byron said coldly.

?This is a disgrace you kill random people for fun??

?You know what else we do for fun? We kill traitors!? that was the last thing the thug ever said. Flowing in between them he shot left and right bodies dropped. The ones that remained ran but Byron was too fast for them and threw his knifes after them. They soon joined their friends.


This endeavour did not go unnoticed and soon he was receiving contracts from all over the place. One of his most interesting contracts he received was to kill a businessman on his own private yacht. He infiltrated the yacht, stealthy took out the guards and kidnapped the businessman?s family. As the man surrendered to Byron, the costal guard surrounded the boat. Byron shot the man in the head and strapped C4 explosives onto the family of the deceased man. Finally he told them to run to the coastal guards and as soon as they had made contact Byron jumped into the water and swam underwater detonating the C4 ensuring his escape.


Up until this point his brother Sebastian was happy to let Byron take out his targets as sometimes Byron would make some of Sebastian?s political enemies ?disappear?. However once Sebastian became France?s Prime Minister the people made it clear that Sebastian should first and foremost deal with his brother Byron. Byron was watching the news when he saw his brother?s speech.

?I have promised to protect you from gang violence and criminals and that is what I shall do! To prove to you that I am not lying I have just sentenced my brother Byron Black, who stands accused of murder as well as other things to be arrested on sight and to be killed by lethal injection!?


Once Byron heard this there was a knock at the door. ?Police! Open up! Byron Black we know you?re in there!? Byron grappled himself to the balcony bar and jumped down. He was freefalling 30 floors but stopped just in time to avoid the ground. He cut himself loose and started his life on the run.


A week later he heard a rumour that his brother was supposed to attend a charity ball. He decided that that?s when he will strike and get his revenge. But he failed! As he was about to enter the building opposite a policeman spotted him. In 60 seconds the hole of the street was filled with policemen. Byron released the flash bangs from his vest and opened fire on the police men. After killing 7 of them he ran out of bullets and only armed with his knife he tried to make a run for it but was stopped with a water cannon.


He was sent to a maximum security prison where he was to await his execution.

His hair is usually very messy and his clothes aren't much of a worry to him due to the fact that he would sit in front of his computer most of the time. He can clean up nice when he chooses to, but that seems to only be when on social engineering missions.

Bio: Steve was a lowly hacker in his gang. His type were disposable to the gang. He did the small jobs of stealing low quantities of money from bank systems or gathering data. He never really knew what he was doing with himself. He dropped out of high school as soon as possible once he found out he could put his computer skills to use. At the age of seventeen he has lived in an innumerable number of apartments. They always seemed to be small one room white cells. Before he could fully move in he would always get the message to pack up and get out. he had just sat down at his computer when he saw the message, only three words "Get out, now." At that moment the door flew in and a squad of police officers poured into the room. Steve was framed with murder charges.

So here it goes:
Name: Shane Neidhart

Code name: Diamond-Eyes

Appearance: Polish-Caucasian, slightly above-average height. Mildly long straight blonde hair with steel gray eyes. Fit body with a tattoo on his arm that reads "obliviscar" which is "never forget" in Latin. Typically wears an open navy blue hoody with a black shirt underneath and blue jeans.

Occupation: Thief/Spy

Arrest Charges: Murder

Tech/gene modification: None

Weapons: Dual Pistols, Silenced Sniper Rifle, Brass Knuckles

Equipment: Flash Grenades, Smoke Grenades, Sleeping Gas Grenades, Night Vision Goggles, Gas Mask, Backpack to carry all of his equipment and weapons.

Bio: Was born in Manchester, England. Lived a fairly normal life until the age of 12 when his entire family was gunned down by a group of corrupt police officers. With his adopted family (Which were abusive.), he became more and more stressed and angry so Shane took up MMA to be distracted. When he was 17 he couldn't take anymore of it so he ran away. He taught himself how to steal and became very good at it. One day when he tried to steal from a man and got noticed he took him to an alley way and brought his gang with him. When they were about to beat him to death one of the gang members noticed that he saw Shane steal before, so they let him live under the condition that he worked for them. The members of the gang realized that he wasn't much good at killing people, as Shane could never bring himself to end another person's life, they also realized he was very good at being stealthy. They then used him to steal from places like banks, museums, and stores to make money for the gang. Eventually they started using him to spy on other gangs as he was stealthy and could defend himself with his MMA background. All while Shane retained his rule of never killing anyone. Then, on one fateful night, the gang's headquarters had been raided by a swat squad and all the gang members were killed or arrest. Shane was as well, after being cornered in an alleyway by the swat officers. However during the chase, Shane was forced to disobey his rule and killed one of the swat officers by shooting him when he got too close. He was charged with Murder and is currently serving life sentence at a maximum security prison.

Interesting RP idea. I was rather interested in making a marksman for this, but then I read several of the character sheets already made. I should've seen that one coming. I'm just glad I didn't post mine early. I'll have to give this some thought.

Edit: Had a question actually, is it okay for a character to have heavy genetic modification if he's close combat oriented? I guess I mean things such as bone reinforcement grafts, implants etc. I was musing about making an Endurance/Melee based character, contrary to long range specialist.

Bio: The sons of yakuza bosses never have great childhoods, but young Wei made the best of it. He was a born manipulator, and rose quickly through the ranks doing smuggler jobs and minor hits. When he was 17, he made the rank of lieutenant, and became somewhat respected by his peers. a few weeks ago, he was to smuggle weapons into america with a new guy, who just so happened to be a member of the secret police. He might've gotten a lightened sentence, but he panicked and pulled a gun, and almost managed to kill the secret police member, but was brought down by tasers. Before he got knocked out, he pulled out a knife a sliced his tattoo so fellow inmates wouldn't recognize what gang he was in.

Appearance: A large man standing 6 feet tall, considered a broad built man. Rather long swept back jet black hair accompanied by a pair of sideburns reaching down to the jawline. Chin and nose are rather pointed. Jade green eyes typically hidden behind a set of dark mirrored aviator sunglasses. Fair skin being from northern Europe, no distinguishable skin abnormalities besides a small mole below the left shoulder blade. Several tattoos on his back and lower legs, some 'gang' related some not.
Clothing is business attire. Black or grey suits always accompanied by a crimson red tie and his grey trilby. Very mafioso looking.
Combat gear, a bulletproof vest and a black greatcoat (His winter coat). His chainsword, scabbard and belt for them.

Occupation: Arms Dealer / Weapons Trafficker.

Arrest Charges: Weapons trafficking, money laundering, embezzlement, corruption, aiding/supplying/funding terrorism, possession of restricted firearms and ammunition, obstruction of justice and terrorism.

Tech/gene modification: Middle and index fingers of his right hand are augmented with robotics.

Weapons: 18 round recoilless Luger Mk-9 select fire pistol. Lonsdaleite teeth chainsword.

Equipment: Smartphone

Bio: Calcifer was born into the family, or gang. This made him a made man, to be groomed from a young age to one day rule in the upper echelons. He was born in Germany but raised in Poland. His father was German and mother Polish, making him a citizen of both countries. Childhood and early teen years were very lavish. Plenty of toys to play with and food to eat. At sixteen he was brought behind the doorway of the underground. Informal training was received before this time, such as how to act around the company his father kept and such. But things were much more intensive. He was taught how to use a gun, the way the family worked and all kinds of things one would be taught.
At twenty he enrolled in the Berlin School of Economics and Law at his fathers urging, earning a business degree. A notable amount of time was spent way from the shadows, Calcider knew his destiny was in the family and never shirked that. He continued under the tutelage of his uncle from this point on, working at his business (A tech security firm based in Warsaw). They used the business as a front to smuggle arms out of European countries to destinations all over the world. Which was quite easy to do when you'd access to government agencies and money to grease the wheels.

Calcifer took over the operation when his uncle went into retirement. He was only 33 but a very wise and educated man. Things went as they always did, highs and blood soaked lows when things went wrong and more than enough times they did. The robotic fingers to prove it. His 3rd decade, forged in blood, made him a very ruthless gangster. He was the guy there to deliver the product, the one to receive the payment. And if necessary the bullets. A complex but lucrative scheme than all ran aground after 8 years as head of the operation.

Calcifer was with four of his men meeting with rebels in Libya. A routine weapons delivery out in the desert. Someone neglected to mention that they'd tipped off French intelligence to the shindig. French commandos riding in on helicopters swiftly put an end to it. Calcifer just surrendered the rebels gunned down as with his associates. Whoever betrayed him would certainly pay, if by his hands or not.

A nice trip to France was arranged, but it wasn't to wine country.

Tech/gene modification: Eye implants to correct for astigmatism but he?s up graded them to pick up fine detail like the pulse in some one neck, Implant in the mind to help stimuli things like memory and focus. He has an auto lock pick depending on the lock it can take seconds to hours to pick.

Weapons: Main a compound cross bow with different sets of bolts lethal, shock, gas filled. Second: 9mm and an extending baton

Bio: Alex was a three year cop having never done a lot his only real achievement was he was so unremarkable. It made him a great uncover thou since he blended so well into the back ground. Over time he learned to read people. He made one mistake he tried to investigate Sebastian. It was done on his own time since he felt some was wrong with this guy. Then one night Alex vanished and Damon was all there was. His handler was reassigned and he his rap sheet was falsified to make him more a threat where before Damon had been simple theft now he was in the big league. He was arrest at a trap he helped lead a gang into he surrendered without a fight thinking par for the course. Once he found out what had happened he know he?d die a prison but he will make his attacker bleed.

He covered in thick black hair, with hair on the back of his hands and the top of his feet. He has large fangs. He has a tail protruding out of his jeans. His eyes are jade-green.

Occupation: Thief

Arrest Charges: Breaking and entering, theft

Tech/gene modification: He has spliced genes of various species of primates, which allows him to move quickly and reach places normal humans can't. His natural abilities far surpass that of ordinary humans.

Weapons: Natural Weapons

Equipment: None.

Bio: Maximillien was born and raised in a lab. He faced experiment after experiment as the doctors attempted to take the best attributes from the best primates on Earth and make combine them. Their greatest success was Maximillien. Maximillien was forced through many physical and intellectual tests, all of which he showed phenomenal results. However, just as they had been observing him, he was observing them. Maximillien managed to escape at the age of 7, out on the slums of Paris. He had steal just to get by. He took a liking to stealing, reveling in it as a "sport". He depends heavily on his natural abilities, bringing nothing but the clothes on his back into missions (but willing to steal equipment if the need arises). He doesn't like to kill, not for any moral reasons but because "killing is too easy". Maximillien has slowly been moving on to bigger and bigger targets as the need for bigger and bigger challenges arise. His arrogance got him into trouble as he attempted to steal from the very Prime Minister himself. He was promptly tracked down and arrested.

Arrest Charges: Organ Harvesting, Assault, Possession of Illegal Tech and Viral Components

Tech/gene modification: Has done significant medical reconstruction on himself to improve upon what he considered "imperfect". X-Ray and thermal vision, 50m heartbeat monitor and sensor, minor sub-dermal plating, consistent immunity to hazardous chemicals (inhalation/ingestion/etc.), neural links for ease of use software integration, micro processor capable of generating up to 600 joules.

Weapons: Knives all fashioned from standard scalpels, Toxic fumes/liquids, Taser-Modified handgun.

Equipment: General surgical instruments, Thick long dark green lab coat adorned with pockets and pouches (capable of withstanding stabbing, minor fire/electrical damage, stain-proof), Bio-chemistry tools, and Mechanical maintenance equipment.

Bio: Born in Norway, raised in Ireland. As a child, Edmond Mustakraken did not enjoy playing with others and instead spent his time tearing apart bugs and completing his school work. His father was distant and his mother hardly took notice of his accomplishments. At the age of 7 his father left him and his mother to fend for themselves. After years of depression Edmond's mother succumbed to alcohol poisoning. 10 years of age and abandoned by much of society Edmond fled from his legal guardian and was taken in by a local gang, he began running their goods for a living. Within 4 years he earned enough money to enlist to a medical university after acing a comprehensive testing process.

9 years of Medical University studies and gang activity instilled Dr.Mustakraken with knowledge necessary to run his own clinic in the slums of France. Besides performing surgery on gang war victims and the occasional personal autopsy's his business involved the buying and selling of organs, prosthetic's, and drugs of all kinds. Making a name for himself quickly got the doctor recognized by Sebastian's Militia who began searching for him. Weeks later Mustakraken's clinic was raided by the militia, they found him two hands deep into a patients abdomen during surgery.

The Doctor informed his assailants he was going to finish his surgery then comply to their orders. The militia who immediately refused were treated with a paralyzing nerve gas present in the operating room.

"I did not ask if I may finish, I'm telling you I'm going to."

Afterwards the doctor was taken away, charged with assault, organ harvesting, and possession of illegal tech and viral components.

Appearance: Jacob is very tall (6?6) and is also very muscled (200lbs). He has short black grizzled hair and dark brown eyes he also has black short stubbles, he has a few wrinkles. He wears his armor at all time, when he is't in combat he has the mask open. And when he is alone with friends he usually wears a leather jacket with leather pants and black shoes. He carries his machine gun on his back and his knife hidden inside his armor on the left side. He wears his handgun on his right hip. He looks very intimidating. His nose has a crack in the middle of it, showing where it was broken a long time ago. He also has a scar on his right cheek from a bullet that grazed him. Next to that he has even more scars, he has one from a bullet wound in his right shoulder, 2 small stab scars somewhere on his stomach and quite a big scar running down his chest from a butcher knife.

Occupation: Right hand man of red eye. Second in command in the Reavers gang. His job is keeping order inside the gang and leading the troops into battle when they fight rival gangs.

Arrest Charges: 25 charges of murder.

Tech/gene modification: His arms have been modified making him able to create lightning in his hands. This ability is quite simple to explain they have brought the tech of an taser into his body. It took 5 years of research and allot of money but know he can create 'lightning' in his hands whenever he wants. And he is completely immune to any kind and any dose of electricity. And he has an communicator built into his right ear. Which can only be linked to an identical one which is built into Red eye's ear. It always works no matter how far apart they are.

Weapons: He wears 3 weapons at all time. First up is his machine gun the guns is always silenced and carries 5 different kind of ammunition can hold up to 100 rounds. Second is his pistol almost always equipped with an silencer can hold about 30 rounds, and third his knife while it may not look like much it has a special type of metal in it which allows it to store electricity so even the smallest cut will give you a very heavy shock.

Equipment: A flashlight, a basic med kit, Loads of ammo and his armor.

Bio: Jacob was born into a cop family his father was a cop his grand father was also a cop growing up he always wanted to be a cop. He was always the biggest in the class he started doing all kinds of physical training and other sports from a young age. The sports that he participated in where rugby, wrestling and boxing and Judo.

Jacob enjoyed high school he was quite popular for his athletic abilities and got just high enough grades to pass. He was the star of the rugby team as well as an excellent wrestler and boxer and good in Judo he also started participating in a new sport Taekwondo. He also joined the track team hoping to work on his stamina. And went to the shooting range with his father to prepare for his job as an cop. He graduated at the age of 17.

After graduation he went to the police academy he got almost perfect scores on the physical test and enough on the academic test. With all his shooting experience he easily passed the test. He was now an cop at the age of 22. The city he worked in had quite a big gang problem and they saw how strong Jacob was so they send him down there to keep the peace. His first year went great and he got married to a woman named Jane. They moved in together and loved each other very much.

After 5 years of working the streets he had seen more violence and death then a normal person should. Jacob changed from a happy youngster into a more focused and cold adult. He had been promoted to detective in the homicide department in his first year. He had killed plenty of people during his job. With his fists, with knives, and with guns. He was asked to help with an child abduction case his superiors hoped that he could help them since they abductor fled into his neighborhood. He found him and brought him back to the station. The abductor turned out to have locked her in a room somewhere to starve. And he told them that the only way they would ever see her alive was if they let him walk. The cops began to think about taking the deal Jacob was furious he tried some persuading of his own. He broke 3 of the mans fingers and with his information managed to save the girl.

He was fired on the spot for what he did he yelled at the captain of them team. He left his gun and badge and left for good. He was now a fired 27 year old detective he went home he felt really bad but that was only the start of this day for him.
He found his best friend/partner on the force, in bed with his wife. They admitted that this relation had been going on for 4 years. Jacob exploded and grabbed his friend and started hitting him. His friend was admitted into the hospital with 2 broken ribs a broken arm and a shattered knee. They quickly divorced and he packed up his stuff and left.

He was arrested by the police for assault of his former best friend. With the money he had left he hired an good lawyer. Who managed to convince the jury that he did it all in the moment and that he didn't want his friend to suffer that much. Somehow they bought this story. He was eventually sentenced to 6 years in prison. He knew that him being a cop would mean he would be beat up allot. So he decided the only way to earn respect was seek out the strongest person in the prison and defeating them. On his first day he sought out the biggest meanest looking con and he challenged him to a fight. The con accepted and they met in the washing room. The fight was short and bloody Jacob managed to win but was covered in bruises.

The following day he was invited by one of the gang leaders in the prison. He was invited to become his right hand and protect him form any harm. Jacob accepted and became feared by all of the other cons. Most of his time was spent in the gym or fighting someone who questioned his position in the gang. He was stabbed 2 in prison but managed to survive both murder attempts. After his second murder attempt he was given a knife by his boss. Of course knives were highly illegal but this didn't stop the others so why would it stop him? His boss also said that as soon as he got out of prison he had an even better knife for him he would receive that as an gift and payment for his services.

The 4 years after that he was mostly left alone he sparred allot with other cons and spend allot of time in the gym. He learned all kinds of new moves from other inmates and also managed to earn some money on the side. After his sentence was over he grabbed his stuff and left. Only to find the knife that his former boss had given him. He was 33 at this point. Prison had changed him into an extremely violent person. He didn't care anymore for justice or really anything that used to matter to him. He broke of all contact with his family.

He however didn't know what to do with his life it was then that and old friend picked him up. He told him that he agreed with what he had done and that his former best friend was hated by most of the other cops. He then offered him his gun back which he had saved from being scrapped along with a silencer. He also offered him an job as bounty hunter. Jacob accepted but first bought equipment.

The next year was spend traveling all over the country taking down criminals wherever he went. He built quite an reputation as someone who worked fast and brutal. He picked up allot of his previous martial arts training which he had been unable to continue in prison. He also used the knife which he had been given by his boss. He managed to set up an small network of contact in case he needed something. Those contacts were either ex cops or criminals which he didn't bring in if they helped him. He used allot of different weapons and got training in repairing them.

His life completely changed again when he turned 34 he got a new job to catch a cheater who played the casinos using tricks to win allot of money. Jacob used his skills to track him down and he confronted him and told him to come with him. The man named Oliver however began to talk to Jacob and soon they were having a discussion about his job and his life.

He found out that the Oliver was a con artist and they had a little talk in which the man convinced him to become his partner in crime. Jacob wanted allot of money which he got from Oliver. Jacob accepted the deal and they ran from the cops together they became a con artist duo. They ran successfully for 3 years while they had their ups and downs, they became very good friends.

They started a gang together 7 years ago called 'The Reavers'. They focused on selling all kinds of tech. They quickly overturned the market taking quite some ground. This wasn?t without problems however, but every time a rival gang attacked they would be attacked by Thunder and his troops. The battles were bloody but the end result was always the same they won and got even more ground. 5 years ago they were finally done with some cutting edge technology Thunder had requested. It had taken allot of money and effort but after the procedure was done he could create lightning in his hands.

2 years ago there was a giant coup. Only problem was they hadn't thought of Thunder. He walked in during one of their 'secret meeting' and wiped them all out. After that the Reapers were always loyal anyone who wasn't got killed on the spot.

A couple of days ago there was an ambush set up by an different gang 25 people ambushed him. Only problem was they had no real shooting experience and Jacob was carrying a bag of new grenades he had bought for himself. After an hour of shooting he had managed to kill all of them then the militia came riding in. they had planned this and arrested him. Now he is being transported to one of the dangerous prisons awaiting his execution.

Name: Stefan Almberg
Code-name: Archon

Age: 26
Gender: Male

Appearance: Almberg is pretty much an average healthy caucasian adult with Swedish roots and fair skin. His body has a lean athletic build to it, standing at about 5.9 feet tall. His hair is short and dark brown, lacking any remarkable features. Stefan's facial features are sharp and he can sometimes come off as looking somewhat stern despite having a younger face. His eyes have a darker blue hue to them and while usually he shaves quite often, circumstances have left him with dark stubble across his chin, lower cheeks and around his mouth.

Almberg's clothing tends to lean towards jeans and shirts you button up down the middle, often wearing a shirt you'd normally see under a suit. Since he was fired from the Police force, he no longer wears any uniform. Any armor he might wear would be light kevlar over his shirt, allowing him perfect mobility and some protection should other tech fail.

Besides all that he does have some persistent scarring from old injuries attained from his time fighting criminals. Several old bullet wounds and stab wounds have not healed properly.

Occupation: Ex-Police officer, "Reassigned".
Arrest Charges: Stefan stands accused of numerous rape charges, all which are forged to put him away. This led to his jail sentence and him getting fired, obviously.

Tech/gene modification: Almberg has not undergone any genetic modification, believing himself to be something of a purist, if anything. But many years with the force gave him a certain Tech savvy. He enjoys the benefits of a kinetic field barrier, a small piece of shield tech designed to absorb the impact of high speed projectiles. He also likes to wear a rebreather mask, covering his face. The mask would filter air and grant him oversight through smoke and other obstructions, as well as protecting his eyes of course. The mask is not meant for any combat though and a shot to the face would obviously go right through it.

Weapons: His primary weapon would be a Railgun rifle, looking somewhat like a crossbow, only a cooling system would take place on the sides, ready to dispense the extreme heat the rifle would generate to fire. It would use heavy rounds. Even with a cooling system, the weapon would be extremely slow to fire, and can only hold three rounds at a time.

His secondary weapon would be a modified semi-automatic handgun. It would only be adapted to fire two kinds of rounds, standard squash rounds and shock rounds. The bullets and the gun are tailored to make sure the bullet stays in it's victim and the shock rounds do the rest of the work. Though it has problems piercing armour because of this.

The last weapon he'd carry is a standard shock baton, with a rubber grip, the tip of the weapon crackles with electricity when activated.

Equipment: Standard communications equipment, whatever offered really as well as access to various non-lethal devices or grenades. Concussion grenades, Teargas grenades and EMP grenades spring to mind.

Biography:
Born and raised in Sweden, Stefan had a decent childhood. His parents were fair, hard working people and hardily could be considered to have had any ties to criminal organizations. So Almberg grew up unaffected by criminals, at least for the most part. Even as a child injustice always grinded his gears. Lies, false accusations, hell, even hitting girls bothered him. He would often go out of his way to expose such people even if it didn't earn him many friends. He worked his way through school like any normal kid and as he grew older he also became more exposed to the corruption and criminality that actually existed in the world.

As such, where many decided to join the festering sickness that plagued many countries, Stefan decided to fight it. Practically a young idealist he began to study law as soon as he was able, working hard until eventually he joined the Swedish police. During his career he made many arrests and shut down several operations made by criminals. Life was good and it seemed like every arrest he made turned Sweden into a more ideal country to live in but then came Sebastian Black. As his network of gangs spread, Stefan began to arrest the "wrong" people. People who he shouldn't have messed with. His constant vigilance would eventually lead to him learning things he shouldn't know and no criminal under Black's reign wanted that to happen.

With several falseified supposed victims and a brilliant setup. Stefan Almberg was charged with rape. With so much "evidence" present, Stefan could not fight the lie. His career as a police officer was swiftly met to an end and after a month of trials, he was convicted with a very long jail sentence. Now he's being sent to jail in a foreign country, for a crime he didn't commit and only justice remains on his mind, against a crook who he doesn't even know of. Not yet at least.

Interesting RP idea. I was rather interested in making a marksman for this, but then I read several of the character sheets already made. I should've seen that one coming. I'm just glad I didn't post mine early. I'll have to give this some thought.

Edit: Had a question actually, is it okay for a character to have heavy genetic modification if he's close combat oriented? I guess I mean things such as bone reinforcement grafts, implants etc. I was musing about making an Endurance/Melee based character, contrary to long range specialist.

I'll allow it. A long as the modification is backed up by some kind of attempt at sounding sciencey it will fit. And you sound like you know what you're doing.

Oh, Aye. I had two ideas going, but noticing a lack of Ex-Cops, I decided I'd try something else. My other idea involved a Gang bruiser. Needs more good guys pushing for justice. Woooh.

Edit: Additionally, if you feel the need to have me alter any tech I mentioned in my sheet, I'll make the neccessary alterations. I guess that goes for anything which doesn't fit. I'll list the other character too otherwise, if a full criminal team would be more appropriate.

Appearance: Mark is of average build, with a height of 5' 6". He has pale skin as a result of his Bio-Battery implants (More on that in Tech Modification). He has short black hair with green eyes.
He normally wears cargo trousers with a dark green shirt, over that he wears a grey jacket if the weather is suitablely miserable.
If in dangerous situations, Mark dons a Bullet Proof vest for protection.

Occupation: Electrical Engineer/Havok Maker

Arrest Charges: Aiding and Abetting: Murder, Theft and GBH.

Tech/gene modification: Mark has a pair of basic robotic manipulators attached to his back, which he uses as a extra pair of hands in order to get delicate tasks done quickly.
The arms as powered by a set of Bio-Battery implants which take energy from Mark's body.

Weapons: Stun Baton, Pistol

Equipment: Electical Engineering kit with tools adapted for Mark's extra arms, work gloves, welding mask, knee pads, and a smart phone.

Bio: Mark was born and raised in Britain, in which he stayed for most of his life. At the age of 24 he had earned a degree in electrical engineering, he quickly found a job at a technically firm, unfortunately things took a turn for the worse when the company dissolved due to financial troubles after a few years.

Mark soon moved to France in the hopes of finding a new job, where he was picked up by a gang looking for a technical expert and "distraction" maker.

Mark ran with the gang for a few years, receiving his robotic enhancements during that time.

When Sebastian Black came to power, Mark's gang was one of the first was fall under the Militia, and he was carted off to jail, charged with Aiding and Abetting the various crimes the gang had committed.
