Alright escapist, I'm really damn bored and want to watch a movie as described above. The bloodier and gorier and more brainless it is the better. Thanks a ton and a bunch.

P,dot S,dot Zombie movies, Dead Pool, the evil dead series+remake, the Robocop series+remake, and anime need not apply. Thanks again and a ton.

I will recommend Planet Terror and/or Hobo with a Shotgun.

Those should satisfy.

I've always found the Final Destination movies to be pretty brainless, bloody and gory. Once you get past the bad acting, the over the top deaths are good for a laugh. I also recommend getting your hands on Peter Jackson's earlier work - like Brain Dead and Bad Taste. NZ shlock horror at it's finest.

Sounds like you just need to waltz through Troma studio's catalogue.

Also, Meatball Machine, Robo Geisha, and Mutant Girls Squad are all deliciously terrible.

EDIT: How could I forget Sick Nurses? Shame on me.

Just to be clear, this wasn't a thread for good movies, was it?

I don't think of them as fun, though.

OT: How about Battle Royale?

Ichi The Killer.

It's based on a manga, but don't let that fool you. If you want sadistically gory violence, Ichi will deliver.

I'll second Ichi the Killer.

Or the Machete movies.

Or the Feast movies... In fact, I'll go ahead and recommend the Feast (2005). Pretty silly and mindless, and really gory.

Gotta go with Braindead (or Dead Alive to give its other title). One of the most needlessly over the top films I've ever seen, it's everything that is awesome about schlocky B-movie horror.

I'll second Feast. It sounds like exactly what you're looking for. Also, if you like Hobo With a Shotgun, don't forget to watch Turbo Kid.

The Rampage series is equal parts terribad, gory, and terribad. Did I say terribad twice? Well, it is Uwe Boll.

No one is going to say Tokyo Gore Police? I mean okay, but if we've moved on to another stupidly gory movie and no one told me, that I'd have a problem with!

Damnit, was gonna post HwaS. BTW, where are you writing now?

I also recommend the Toxic Avenger. Just recently got it and thought it was awesome.

Oh wow, I didn't know you had your own review site (I'm guessing you couldn't say cos of the forum rule). I liked your Emoji review (your poor soul for having to watched that damnation).

OT- How about those B rated horror movies like Piranha 3dand Sharkopuss etc?

Blood Feast 2: All U can eat (2002) - I don't remember which cut is actually to be considered "uncut", though.

I'll have to second Ichi The Killer and Braindead/Dead Alive.
