However, they are known thugs who have been known to kill people who have left their party and spoken out against them and revealed the inner-workings of the BNP. They're fuckin' psychos and need to be quickly egg-pelted into reason.

although i must say i disagree. people shouldn't be allowed to preach hatred towards anyone, to other people. inciting racial hatred is a crime, and they should be dealt with accordingly. I'd let priests preach ahead of these, and you know my views on that.

I'm all for open and fair democracy that respects a wide spectrum of opinion. But racism has no place in that. The BNP has tried to put up a façade that it is simply anti-immigration, this is little more than smoke and mirrors to justify themselves. Their ideology is endemically racist and has no place in a modern society, it solves nothing and scapegoats pointlessly.

The worst part of it is many of the votes they achieved are a result of this façade working, I'm sure a lot of their voters wouldn't go along with them if they knew the true nature of the party. Slightly off topic, but This Is England portrayed that wonderfully.

in all seriousness, voter apathy. I think the BNP actually has less support now than it used to (in terms of votes), but fewer people voted, so they got a bigger share of the votes. I did have figures for this somewhere, but I don't anymore.

It makes me smile that every other party is united against them, but did you see his speech on the BBC News where he said several times it was organised by the Labour Party and how the Police stood and watched. If a couple of Police Officers did stand and watch I'd like to shake their hand!

Don't get me wrong I'm all for freedom of speech but this is just pure racist. I don't know why they act so surprised. I don't have the link but some Media Students did a short (5 minutes) undercover film about the BNP, if you google it then you'll find it.

If you Ban them though they'll just be martyrs. Ignore them but keep a check to make sure they don't get any real power.

Very true immigration helps the economy. These people that hate on the immigrants all come up with the very same excuses no matter who you ask ' they take our jobs, so we can't get any', yet very few of them will make the effort of going out to actually look for a job. They will happily sit on their sofa watching Jeremy Kyle, claiming the benefits that we pay for.

I'm all for immigration if the immigrant is A) Coming for a valid reason, B) Doing it legally, and C) Is coming for Education, Employment or someting equally important.

I haven't really got why anybody's against it, as long as it's not just leeching off our over-generous benifits system.

it is because of the distrust of the other political parties many people refused to vote so even though the BNP got less votes then last time they got more then the other political parties because the people who usually voted for them just didnt vote becuase of the expences scandle.they also are blaming imigrents for the resession.

Also to those saying KKK you have to realize the KKK isn't even an organized group anymore it hasn't been since the 50's. That was fine until the eggs were thrown, I'm all for free speech and right to protest, but, throwing projectiles at people isn't part of that, and considering in the UK you place a finger on someone lightly it's considered assault, he could easily press charges.

Immigration both legal and illegal needs to be dealt with, fast, our economy has been buckling for a long time because of them. Not all of the immigrants are a problem though, some do work hard, Doctors, Dentists, shop owners and such.

It's the people who come in and claim benefits straight away, the people who come in and get a hospital bed and don't leave because they have no where to go, in my opinion those types of people can fuck right off back to what ever hell hole they came from, in a body bag if needs be and I had my way. If you come to this country and don't contribute anything, you shouldn't be allowed to stay here, no matter where your from or what's happening there.
