My hair drastically changes color depending on the weather between a very light brown during the winter and some times bordering on mahogany during the summer...

If I put the front of my scalp under a shower jet, my neck spazzes out and tenses up.

It's really weird...

When ever I move my legs out of the sitting position to get up and my feet hit the floor my knees jerk so it looks like I'm skipping away.

This might be my mind at work but: when ever the volume on the television is not on a even number or a number ending with five my elbow jerks and my nose itches to the point where I sneeze.

I've got six extremely sharp teeth.
Didn't do anything to 'em, they're just really sharp.
And not like, vampire-sharp (oh hell no), just regular-looking sharp.

Also I have possibly the fastest metabolism in the US...
I eat as much as my 300lb friend and gain no weight (I don't exercise regularly either)...

Sometimes when I yawn the bottom of my chin swells, I really think I should see a doctor about it but when it comes and gos in like 30 seconds.
This happens to me as well. I think it's just a muscle cramp. There are muscles under your chin and I when I have a big yawn, it tends to cramp up.

My right eye tends to randomly twitch. It's really random because it didn't happen all the time. One day, it'll just twitch for no real reason.

I can do the bridge (back bend, hands and feet planted on the floor, tummy in the air, that kind of thing), but only if you like hearing the sound of my back cracking wildly in the process. :) Sexy sounds, I know.

I have funnel chest, hooray for me!
Pretty mild case, but basically the centre of my ribcage (so the middle of the sternum and the surrounding ribs) has a 'dip' in it, so I look like I have a ditch in my chest. Not only this, but the bottom edge of my ribcage(s?) sorta turns outwards.
It's not large enough to be a health issue, but noticeable enough to look really weird. It has the side effect of making me look very thin, even though I'm not (mostly because people grab my (complete lack of) love handles, where I AM very thin, but only because of the shape of my ribcage). It does mean I have slightly diminished lung capacity, but it's not enough to affect my day-to-day life, though I could never be an athlete.

My abs don't line up, there about two CM out of alignment meaning they look all staggered and crap.
The majority of people don't have symmetrical abs so don't worry about this. If you look at body builders the vast majority have staggered abs and i can only think of one with completely symmetrical abs and they really don't look that good. In my opinion.

As for myself, people argue about the color of my eyes because there are 3 colors in it. Blue outline, inside that is Green, with what looks like random explosions of yellow.

My left foot is slightly longer than the other, due to having surgery on my big toe. If you look closely you can see the scar on the tip of it and coming out on the other side of my nail.

umm lemme think OH i can lock my pointer and middle fingers on my left hand in place.
I hate it when an index finger is referred to as a pointer. Eugh.

I don't think I have any weird body quirks.

My left eye sometimes spazzes a little. It doesn't hurt or anything, but it's really weird.

I don't really have any weird body quirks, I do have amazing control over my eyebrows, though.

I sneeze almost every time I eat chocolate. Though dark chocolate has no effect on me. Not allergic to any foods either.

I can't smell all that well. Only really strong odors affect me. When a woman asks me if I like her perfume, I tell her I can't smell and she gets all weird on me.

I have a super tiny scar on the right side of my forehead that if you push on feels REALLY good.

My eyes change colour from blue to green depending on the time of day. My metabolism works ridiculously fast; I eat more than most of my friends and I do less work, I get no exercise and yet I'm really thin. Because I'm so thin my ribcage looks larger than average(it may be as well). I have hyper-extending elbows... I think that's it.

One of the guys I've had some classes with on campus sneezes when exposed to sudden bright lights [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photic_sneeze_reflex].
I'm like that. thats always why if i have to sneeze, I'll look up into the sun or into a light (i know, shut up XD).

Other then that. I've seen cases where I'll see a vein pulsing in leg, so I'll just see a small lump pulsing in my leg.

Whenever I'm around someone who's in pain for more than ~90 seconds, I begin to feel a very similar pain in whatever region of their body is afflicted.
Yay empathetic pain! I seem to do the same thing - kind of a crap super-power, really.

Same - didn't know it was called funnel chest though. Just referred to it as the weird hole in my chest...
Means I have basically no chest size, and makes clothes shopping an absolute *****...

Oh, and my eyes shift from deep blue to pale blue-grey on a fairly regular basis.

My cheeks go red a lot for absolutely no reason whatsoever.
It is pretty hard to be taken seriously when you look like you are blushing all the damn time.

Also, my collarbone sticks up prominently on only one shoulder.
Pretty sure it is unaligned as a result of an injury I got as a kid.
