Borderlands 2 Premiere club code question (PSN, New Zealand)

So i literally just recieved my copy of Borderlands 2, and Im trying to put in my premiere code on PSN, but when I enter it, Im told that the code is wrong. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Do I just need to wait a few hours and try again? Or should I contact the company I bought it off?

I have been monitoring the GBX forums, and the Premiere codes are the biggest talking point. Check that the code you are entering specifically says "premiere club", some people were using the wrong receipt to input a code or something. I'll look for a solution.
