The boss fights in the game can be a bit cheap, and require dirty tactics to beat.

If you think the big Psycho is bad, wait till you get to Mad Mel.

I ended up being Brick, I just got out of Sledge's Safehouse and murdered Moe and Mmmmmmolly? At any rate, I don't know if it was sledge of just the big psycho, but I had some trouble with him to... Although, I was using a Bloody Revolver, a high DMG SMG and a sniper rifle.

It took about 7 tries, what I did, was he stayed near where you enter the room, and I thought I was messed, sniped, revolver'd and SMG'd him to death with crits while running anyway every time he tossed a grenade... (It was also 2AM on New Years day so that might've had something to do with it).

I think Borderland's Difficulty is it's sweet spot. You usually aren't strong enough to take down bosses by yourself, in this manner it forces you to think differently than along the lines of a standard RPG OR FPS, you have to use some strategy from both that's considered dirty... Snipe away from a distance, get in close and tear his face apart with SMG fire, move around and kite him while you gather ammo and regen while you keep them from regen-ing.

It's interesting in that it forces you to try something new every time, but the same things usually won't work twice unless you change something (at least on the bosses)
