This game sounds pretty damn good. Isn't it supposed to have shit loads of weapons?
the number is around 3,560,880 weapons, or so said an article I read a few days ago, btw, the final weapon was a rocket launcher.
The number is actually closer to eighteen millions, as confirmed by Randy Pitchford in one of the recent articles about the game.

Edit: You's are fix'd it :) No more shame.

--Xvito, keeping it excellent.

It's not that hard for a game to look better than Too Human, but I've got a bias against that game, really.

Anyway, I am looking forward to this game and await with great glee for it's release.

What the hell was wrong with Too Human, i thought it was an awsome game, I don't see why it gets so much hatered

Now with that aside, it looks like a fun game and im probably going to pick it up. Now I just want some more information on Singularity

In Borderlands players can pick from three classes: a soldier who focuses on either offense, support or healing (which is done with "healing bullets"), a Rogue-like "siren" class who can go invisible, and the tank archetype, which is what I chose.
Just a quick note, there's also a 'Hunter' class, that deals more with sniping. He also has a pet bird of some sort.
Hm, must have missed getting a look at him. Thanks!

I'm actually looking forward to this game. I like the style they went with in the end, and having millions of weapons available is always a plus.

No problem. I'm actually looking to play as him for my first character, but there's been pretty much no info on him, and none of the recent previews touch on him much.

I seriously cannot wait for this game, it's like the holy grail to me.

Healing Bullets. That is the greatest idea since the Healing Gun in TF2. Can you heal snipe?

It's scary how fast my love of gaming has come back this week.
I saw the new Modern Warfare 2 multplayer video.
Then I saw this and went off hunting down every snippet of information I can find.

I'm also teetering closer to getting a job, which equals more gaming money.
I'm going to have such an epic christmas :)

Exciting.

Summary: I like the look of this game.

Well I'll hopefully have landed a job at GAME by October which is good otherwise October looks like a very expensive month for me. 10% employee discount ftw. But yeah, this game looks so awesome my head might explode when I touch it. However the only problem I see is that the Soldier archetype has unlimited ammo for his weapons... Seems a bit unfair to me.

The sniper class has swords?! When did this happen?

I gotta say, the way this is game is going has grabbed my attention. It's got a gorgeus art-style and it doesn't take itself too seriously; the procedurally-generated guns just sounds totally awesome; 4-player multiplayer; RPG elements with levelling-up and loot; any-time versus modes and multiplayer battles.

As shooters go, this sounds like the first genuine attempt to put RPG and FPS into the same package. I mean, Fallout 3 was good, but the gun-play was a bit wooden, and the level-cap is a constant annoyance. Borderlands hopefully won't have that. I'm psyched to see how this turns out.
